Estuvimos en un pueblo precioso, bien atendidos y con mucha comodidad.

El desayuno no esta incluido en la estancia, pero Cati la propietaria, fue muy amable y nos tenia una cafetera y agua caliente para poder hacer unas infusiones totalmente gratuitas, también el agua era gratuita. Si se quiere desayunar hay un bar restaurante, justo debajo del hotel que también lo hacen muy bien. en definitiva estuvimos muy bien atendidos, seguro que volveremos.

Decepcionante

La ubicacion perfecta, mas centrico imposible.La facilidad del Check in La cama era muy comoda. Que tenia secador.

La habitacion olia a humedad. Tenia un ventana en el techo por la que entraba luz por la mañana. Le faltaban amenities como especificar champu o gel de ducha. Las toallas estaban sucias

Perfecte per a una estada curta

Allotjament molt ben situat al centre del poble. L’habitació i el bany fantàstics, tot molt net i un llit enorme i còmode. S’agraeix la font d’aigua a l’entrada!

No hi ha personal físicament present, però virtualment han estat pendents en tot moment pel xat de Booking i m’han enviat les instruccions clares de com accedir a l’habitació.

Buena estancia en gusto, ubicación y comodidad.

La estancia en el alojamiento ha sido agradable. La habitación era acogedora, amplia (un poco fría pero contaba con la calefacción adecuada). La cama y almohada eran cómodas y espaciosas. El baño contaba con una ducha muy grande que me encantó. La terraza, pese a no poder utilizarla por la temperatura, era muy chula. La habitación conecta con un patio interior que es del bar de abajo, puede que escuchen ruido pero a partir de las 23:30-24 ya todo está tranquilo y hay silencio. El proceso de check-in fue sencillo, con llegada autónoma. La ubicación era excelente, en plena plaza, en el centro.

Me gustó mucho el alojamiento en general, si tuviera que añadir algo sería que el precio incluyera desayuno y algún producto más de amenities en el baño.

Ruim, smaakvol verblijf met veel privacy op toplocatie

Ruime, smaakvolle kamer (wij verbleven in de tweepersoons kamer met een groot terras) en een moderne badkamer met een zeer ruime inloopdouche. Dit alles in een prachtig en typisch pand (trappen; geen lift) op een toplocatie in het hart van Alaró. Communicatie en zelf incheck zonder problemen verlopen.

Great location and adorable room

Great value for money. I chose this hotel “at random” but was really happy in the end. Great central location. You are on the main village plaza with a beautiful church. The room was completely redone and very cute and well decorated. Of course there is not a reception but good key system in place this was efficient.

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like this but keep in mind to bring your own shampoo and products. There is soap but not many bathroom products.

Highly recommend. Incredible value for money. Rooms spacious and well equipped.

A great place to stay for a night. Incredibly good value for money. Situated just off the square. All rooms are equipped with a fridge and air conditioning. The owner is quick to respond to enquiries and was as accommodating as he could be. For the price, the rooms are very spacious and bathrooms modernised. Would certainly recommend.

Only downside was lack of parking however the website clearly states that no parking is no provided so we knew what to expect.

Very far from Palma. Very far from the sea.You definitely need a car.. You can't find a parking space easily.We left our car about 1km away and walked at night.Very small room..

Size of the room and the location.

Two things, the wifi in the room 2 was not good. Very slow and intermittent. If you stay in the corridor then the wifi is stable and with good speed. The second thing that we didn't like was the smell coming from the bathroom. It was too strong and we had to keep all the time the bathroom door closed. I think there's was an issue with the pipes or the sifon.

Great location, useful tea and coffee making facilities in reception, as well as bottled water. I liked the ease of the self check in too. Very central and luckily out of season so no noise from nearby bar.

Perfect location for a weekend getaway, close to the nature/hiking trails while still situated in the city centre. Coffee at Can Fressa and dinner at Terra Mar & Foc is a solid tip!

A quiant hotel located in the square center with minimal amenities and less than pleasant smells.

The beds were comfortable and the location would have been great if it were not for the extreme noise from the restaurants and bars located close by.

There is not lift to get to the top floor (two flights of stairs with heavy luggage), no onsite reception, no toiletry amenities, and the rooms had a strong septic odor unfixable. The staff was not kind about accommodating due to smell in rooms and noise level.

I think we’ve found our place to stay whenever we come to visit Alaro!

Very spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Being able to have 2 rooms that could be connected was ideal for us travelling with 2 young children.

Only small downside was that during our stay the drains smelled very strongly in the bathrooms.

Beautiful room and perfect base for exploring the mountains

Beautiful room and balcony, big and modern bathroom. Coffee machine downstairs, would be even better in room but wasn’t an issue for us. Right in the meson square, view of mountains! Alaro is great, beautiful town, great places to eat, not touristy at all in November

Windows and door to balcony wasn’t soundproof at all. Not the owners fault but lots of roadworks/building work happening in square that was very loud in morning. Church bells ring throughout the night, I loved it but be aware

Great position indeed in the village center, however the place is just above a bar so it was difficult to rest because of the noise

The bathroom doesn't have a window so the room suffers from an accumulation of humidity and it smells really bad. It was ok because is still summer so we could leave the window open but still it was uncomfortable

On arrival it was confusing because,as you can see from the photo, there is no number and the name is Vila Hotel not Vila Alaro TI.

Located in the centre of Alaro. The room was very well decorated. The bed was really comfortable and the shower lovely. Our room had a terrace that got the sun in the afternoon. There was coffee pods and tea downstairs which was great.
