Breakfast was one of the best we had travelling in Essan.
Bathroom needed a better clean an was very small. TV did not work in any of our rooms.

Close to everything in Nong Khai
Bedding was like a slab of concrete.
Most hotels in Thailand will give you at least one bottle of water free. Here, a single bottle is 85 THB (!)

The place has a spacious parking, it is conveniently located along the main road. The room was ok, we only had a problem with the aircon but we get another room with better aircon. Room was very good and clean, big bed and fucntional bathroom. Breakfast was very good and they also prepare eggs on the spot.
Limited toiletries. Wifi not very good

Breakfast ok but coffee was poor quality. Didn’t really eat much. Staff in morning when leaving were more helpful than staff when we checked in at 6pm who were surly and lazy.Bed linen appeared clean and shower worked but to be honest hotel was not good value for money given price charged on booking .com. We wished we had not stayed and got across the bridge to Laos instead.
Arrived in Nong Kai after a 9.5 hr train journey from Bangkok . No taxis at station . Tuk tuk drivers did not know where hotel was got help from rail police. Arrived at hotel receptionist very unhelpful - more interested in getting credit card payment than getting us to our room, no help with suitcases at any time both arriving and leaving even though there were staff doing nothing. Told restaurant not open even though they had a singing event on -was advertised in the lift as open until 2400. We had not eaten since Bangkok breakfast . Had to walk across busy road to find somewhere to eat . Kettle in room but no coffee tea just x2 bottles of water. Would never go back. Beware fellow travellers Services not as advertised

Please see the additional remarks in regards to breakfast.
Location was OK although there didn't appear to be anything in the immediate vicinity ie bars/restaurants etc., therefore the car was required all the time
Breakfast extremely poor for a 'Farang". A variety of dishes for the Asian guests, but the choice for foreigners was fried eggs, toast and margarine, (not butter) and cold sausages.
Having said the above I doubt that there are many foreigners stay at this hotel, during our short stay I didn't see another foreigner.

it was everything that you would expect from a hotel of this class.
property itself was good but the adjacent areas were overgrown and derelict.

The room was nice and clean, comfy bed - good aircon. Good choice of breakfast. Plenty of parking.
The location next to a run down building and away from the town centre. There is a good night market nearby with some very good food.

Comfortable beds in a pleasant room.
Hotel advertises restaurant. It was CLOSED and has been since the start of covid according to the staff. Well, Thailand is now OPEN and it would be great if the restaurant was as well. It is open for breakfast and there were around 20 people in there. Is there a difference between 20 at breakfast and 20 at dinner? So we had to taxi into Nong Khai for an evening dinner and taxi back.

Excellent staff & and plenty of car parking spaces.
Only downside the restaurant is not open in the evenings at the moment, but there is an abundance of restaurants close by.

I liked the very courteous and helpful staff and if a member of staff was having difficulty understand you they find someone who could. Also, the rooms were spacious and bright in decor with good lighting, and not dark and dismal like some Thai hotels.
The only downside was the restaurant is yet to open in the evening, but with an abundance of restaurants close by it really wasn't a problem. Also, the hotel is on one side of a dual carriageway, so depending which direction you are coming from you will need to make a u turn.
