Très mignon et détente

l’emplacement est top et le personnel nous a beaucoup arranger , faites attention je suis arrivé il m’ont dis que la cotions était qu’en carte bancaire et non en espèce ce qui n’est pas précisé sur booking

rien de spécial a dire juste que il faudrais une femme de ménage au moins une fois pendant le séjour du client et pas donner de fausse informations sur booking

We hadden via booking.com het appartement voor vierdagen geboekt, maar we hebben al na één nacht uitgecheckt omdat het appartement ontzettend stonk, vies en onhygiënisch was. bij de receptie konden zij niets voor ons betekenen, en ook via booking.com kregen we geen hulp. Ik raad sterk af accommodatie te boeken, heeft ons en onze kinderen een nare ervaring bezorgd en we ons geld niet teruggekregen.

la piscine , la proximité avec les plages, le port et les magasins ainsi que le centre ville

Le chien du personnel qui se balade dans la résidence. Il court de partout. Il serait préférable de l’attacher.

WEEKEND en famille détruit par un établissement pourris

Tous les équipements étaient sales , non entretenus , la direction de l'Hôtel était simplement mauvaise, tenant un discours devant moi et n'étant pas capable de régler mes problématiques auprès de BOOKING, Etablissemnt honteux et DEGUELASSE, bien loin des standards auxquels je suis habitué avec Booking. Au de la de cela aucun remboursement , des nappes moisies sur la terrasse , des meubles pourris dans la chambre et en plus me faire perdre mon weekend !!!! AUCUN AUTRE MOT POUR DECRIRE UN ETABLISSEMENT DE MERDE

TOUT , annonce complètement différente de la réalité des faits , les images sont tronquées et bien photoshopées.

Cleanliness and the apartment itself was nice

No internet in the room . Only in the main lobby. Check in only available from 3 to 7 pm . It’s been 14 days since my check out . The 300 euros deposit they took is yet to be refunded to my account even though the reception lady said it was done when I checked out . I will have to involve booking.com for help. God knows if I will get the deposit and when . Because the property is not responding to my messages.

equipements de l'appart trés basic,bref pas satisfait, je ne pense pas revenir chez Agathea la proch

j'etais un peu en retard mais l'établissement ne voulais rien savoir pour la remise de clés,19heures ou rien ça m'a couté 60 euros, car j'ai du reserver en catastrophe pour dormir à l'hotel ailleurs la premiere nuit, alors pas content! Par ailleurs j'ai trés mal dormis les lits sont horribles trés dur! alors mal au dos= d'ou insomnis et fatigue!aussi equipements de l'appart trés basic,bref pas satisfait, je ne pense pas revenir chez Agathea la prochaine fois!

great had a fab time,

the 2 pools were great, 1 for families the other for adults, very clean, location was great for shops and other activities.

Didn't like the way a member of staff treated a paying quest. the staff member screamed across the whole of the pool area at a gentleman because he didn't have a red band on. It was very embarrassing the whole of the pool area fell silent , he never stopped shouting till the man went and got his band from his room, it was awful.

WIFI had poor signal, 😫 and disconnected at random intervals Male Staff member was rude abd cold on 2 occasions Young female staff was so cold that made you so uncomfortable, especially when you cannot speak French. At check-in was ok, thereafter, I witnessed their arrogant and cold nature... so cold

Wouldn’t recommend for solo travellers, it’s very familial. Also the wifi’s only available at the reception - and it closes during the night - but not in the rooms/apartments :\

some staff is not speaking English well and they not have any experience how to deal with clients and also she not give you more time when you checkout at less 1-2 hours and also the reception close between 12pm-4pm then open intel 7pm after they close intel next day morning and also they ask you deposit 300€ and A lot of things should be changed from the small bed, not providing services, and not preparing the bathroom and No internet in the room 👎

Cheap and cheerful apartment in a relatively expensive part of the world

Location good as fairly close to town centre but relatively quiet. Comfortable room with adequate facilities for the solo traveller (might have felt a bit cramped for a couple). Hardly realised there were other visitors in the block, so well sound-proofed. Surprised to discover the bathroom had a bathtub with excellent supply of hot water, and the double sink in the kitchen area was another bonus. Excellent choice of restaurants, bars, cafes in close proximity.

Having to clean up before leaving (or face a 50 euro bill) without access to a vacuum cleaner was a bit of a bind. Only able to access wifi in or just outside reception. I was disappointed that there was no left luggage facility as I arrived in the area four hours before reception opened. Having already paid for the accommodation, informing guests of the gate security code to enable leaving luggage before getting room key would have been appreciated, instead of lugging a heavy suitcase around in the heat of the early afternoon. An electric kettle and a mug or two would have been useful, having to heat water in a saucepan or microwave to enjoy a cuppa in something bigger than an espresso cup!

Good location. Nice room, good Aircon, staff lovely, very nice heated pool.

At this price, absolutely nothing. The walls are a bit thin so you might need ear plugs if there's a heavy snorer next door.

You get what you pay for I suppose… studio and basic beds etc., no sheets, no towels, not even a holder for the shower so you need to be self sufficient? Staff were very nice though…
