Goed, maar sommige dingen konden beter

Locatie

Het bed was (veel te) smal. Volgens de receptie omdat we een invalide kamer hadden besteld zodat rolsoel gebruikers meer ruimte hebben in de kamer. Verder was de water temperatuur van het zwembad absoluut geen beloofde 27'C.

Un excellent rapport qualité/prix. La piscine très agréable dommage qu'elle n'ouvre qu'à 10H00. 09h30 serait parfait. Chambre lit confortable, plage nous n'avons pas testé....

Great Hotel.

The hotel was spotless. The apt.was very clean The bedroom was small - it had a t.v and table with 2 chairs. The kitchenette consisted of 2 hobs .Good size fridge.Sink. Delph and cutlery for 2 people. This was handy for a breakfast and light lunch . The bathroom was very big. The bed is very comfortable There is a verandah with table and chairs. Marie in Reception is a real asset to the hotel.she greets you with a smile and is most helpful with any query you have. She gave us bus timetables and booked taxis. The night porters were always pleasant and most helpful. I had a very early departure and the night porter on Monday morning offered me coffee. He also helped put my bags in a taxi. I thanked him and he replied "this is my job" There is a bus stop to Agde outside the hotel. This brings you to town and the train station.its 1Euro.Bus no 3. There is a Spar and bakery nearby. There are beaches within 3 minutes from hotel. The pool is large with plenty sun loungers. Bar staff are friendly and courteous

There are no toiletries supplied which I would expect in a 4 * hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff, correct stay

Staff was very friendly, helped us with our leisure time activities and we were lucky to have a corner room with a big balcony that we enjoyed very much. Bed was comfy and it was clean.

The fridge in the room was not very powerful. Overall the equipment (kitchenette and bathroom) feels a little bit out of date for a "Prestige" hotel.

Disappointing

I asked if it was in the nudist center and they didn't answer. They could have been upfront it wasn't in the agde nudist centre. Felt misled by them. Close pool early and open it late. Breakfast bar is ave. Wifi was always poor strength and has to reconnect. Wouldn't recommend it sorry.

Average hotel. Not 4 star, but does the job as a crash pad to tour the area.

really great staff, very friendly & helpful. This hotel is fine to use as a base, but it feels a bit like a student halls of residence inside.

Very basic breakfast. No pool bar for drinks & snacks during the day. There is a restaurant which opens at certain times of the day, but not all day! So if you want drinks & snacks you’re stuck. Rooms are ok but basic. I would rate this 3 star at a push. The pool is nice, but full of children from the apartments which share the hotel facilities, so definitely not a quiet relaxing pool scene! Ultimately everything was ok, but nothing exceeded our expectations & I wouldn’t return on the basis that it’s all just a bit basic & the facilities are not great.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful place!

wonderful staff! everyone was so helpful and friendly. the entire complex was spotless and bright too.

Although the location is beautiful and only a minute from the beach, there is a limited number of restaurants nearby and all seem to have almost the same menu. No fault of the property but I guess this was my only criticism of our stay.

Extremely good value for money in a luxury complex.

The complex is amazing. The room was really spacious and well equipped, with a balcony, a large bathroom and a kitchenette. The staff was friendly and helpful, the swimming pool, accommodations and restaurant were really good. The breakfast was really good value for the price.

The double bed was actually a twin bed next to each other, only small detail that was not perfect.
