Central location in the village. I booked the small studio which has everything you need, also for a longer stay. It had a very spacious bathroom which was nice given the studio itself is not very big. Also a nice sized balcony where you can sit on.
The interior is a bit outdated, but it was very clean

Mattress was extremely comfortable. Complementary shampoo and shower gel. Enough WC-paper. Across the street from the ski-lift.
No corkscrew.

best location in Livigno, good heating, great wifi, convenient parking
Uncomfortable couch impossible to sleep on. the springs were digging into her back and she was creaking a lot. The apartment is not suitable for four people only for two with this couch. there is fungus on the walls by the bed and dishwasher.

excellent location, close to ski slope, close to ski bus station, supermarket on 50m far from property. in the center of the village. property condition and equipment exactly as described and shown on booking.com description. even better, ski lockers equipped with ski boot’s heaters

Location is great: in the very center of Livigno, 20 meters to shops, bars and restaurants. Private parking just outside the hotel is available, and included in the price, great plus considering the location. The apartment is big enough for 4 people, kitchen is well equipped, and there was also a little terrace (not great view though, as we were on the first floor).
Price for 3 night was a little bit too high considering it was mid June, and considering the level of furniture which was not cheap but for sure not luxury. The building itself also would need a renewal, it looks "old" from the outside, while the apartment most likely was renovated more recently. No extra services are available, reception is situated far from the apartment.

Location.
As a former hotel manager, I was astonished over the many promises/excuses which was not fulfilled. The lack of service was always somebody else fault - no responsibility.
Five minutes turned into hours and sometimes not fulfilled at all (must be 5 Italian minutes :)).
Excuses for the non-functioning areas like WiFi (Worked perfect with neighbouring WiFi signals. Warning: when WiFi fails it switches to data-usage which can cost you a fortune), Ski-Locker did not work, no-show up to fix the problems etc. At check-out we were informed that somebody must control the apartment before you leave or you won't get your deposit back and. Several times we heard "we will be with you in 5 minute". After 2 hours waiting, we left without anybody showing up During this time we spoke to several other guests who had the same experience.
Conclusion: Not a professional Service-oriented organisation. Lack of “listening to your customers” => “Image and trust are earned in drops but waisted in buckets - Warrant Buffet”.

Amazing locality, very nice spacious apartment with nice view, equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms, beds in separated room were comfortable
Different room than in the pictures (type was the same but sofa was not separated as was in the photo), wifi didn't work whole week. We got just one key for 6 people, long waiting for checkin and for checkout inspection. Not really comfortable sofa.

excellent location main feature for us with 2 young children very close to the children’s ski school no need for a bus , close to all main Bars and Restaurants in the pedestrian area and the Coop ! Apartment clean warm comfortable apart from the sofa Bed
we had trouble at first getting 2 sets of keys which we needed as 2 parties going out separately, no hot water first morning cold 🥶 shower, and no internet for 24hours which was because we did not have the details /password to connect. You have to check in the other side of the valley on the Mottolino side at Hotel Alexander which is no where near the apartments which is not a problem if you have own transport. We had private transfer from Milan and arrived at 2pm so we had some food at the Hotel while we waited and ordered another taxi to take us to Apartment we had to wait for the keys to arrive which was 4.30pm and we eventually got to apartment at 4.45pm and €25 for taxi bear this in mind you cannot walk and the ski bus with luggage not ideal
we wasted half a day sorting the keys /water but once sorted everything was fine. The main problem for us was the check in especially with young children. As a couple travelling wouldn’t be a problem

Excellent location, right in the centre, 2 min walking to ski lifts and ski school and kinder club. Coop supermarket is right next to the apartment, very comfortable to get your freshly baked croissants for your breakfast. Clean, beautiful, family friendly we would definitely come back😀
The only criticism would be the property ‘s checkin/checkout procedures. We could not check in before 4 pm and even though check out is at 11am, we had a cleaning staff member to knock on the door at 10 am, to ask when we will be leaving. It would be more comfortable if you could check in at 2pm, especially for families with children. But otherwise the service was great. Also it would be handy if the apartments had a small washing machine to wash your clothes.
