Beautiful location, well-kept grounds, spacious
The pool wasn’t as clean as I expected and the room we stayed in was very very hot, even at night and there was no air conditioner to cool it down.

the place is just beautiful, full of history. Impressive garden and Mountain views. But it’s the only good thing about this hotel :/
AVOID THIS HOTEL. You will be attracted by the beauty of the place and its views. It’s true both are spectaculars. But ALL the rest is extremely bad and so cheap!
Rooms: comfortable but our room was crazy hot and the fan on the ceiling wasn’t working! They had to send us a small noisy fan instead (very difficult to sleep well)
Noise: every morning at 7am expect to be waken up by some sort of machine running next to the kitchen! Super loud. It defies the entire purpose of this place supposedly made to relax and rest.
Wifi: it has never worked. It is the most annoying thing ever… We asked to fix. They said ok and never did anything for it (just like the rest).
Service: by far, the worst I have ever seen. It’s really impressive how bad they are. We had to ask 4 times for the menu to order breakfast in our room the next day. And of course … they forgot to bring me the breakfast we ordered the next day. We had to go to the reception and order again in the morning. Because of that we were late to our day activities … (this is just a little example, sometimes it’s almost like if they do it on purpose!)
Food: not good. Avoid their restaurant, even the simplest things are disgusting. Just go to the center, you’ll eat real food and less expensive. It’s literally a joke.
Spa: it was ok. Nothing crazy though.
Transportation: we asked for a car service to go back to CDMX. The driver was very professional and nice. But of course they over charged us … they are so cheap, they made $500MXN extra on our back and of course they didn’t tell us, we learned it from the driver)
It is such a shame that a place that special with that much history is managed by amateurs… everything has to be changed to meet the standards that this place deserves. We were beyond disappointed ☹️

Location is superb, breakfast were excellent and the Sunday brunch out of this world. The name, "buena vibra" it is really the most appropriate name for this hotel. You could feel the buena vibra in every step. No TV's in room is a plus. Feel very special when you relax in every corner of the garden. Having the mountains in the green backyard made our stay memorable. People were so kind.
Must improve the internet connection.

the staff, they are careless of detail and safety (they messed up a trip with horses punting me in danger pic and they didn’t care)

Very beautiful property! It is located in a great spot in Tepoztlan, it got some great views :) Also, the Breakfast was amazing! Great place to relax and recharge energies surrounded by nature.
Well...we have an incident with a guy who was cleaning the swimming pool...in booking, you can read that the swimming pool is open from 8:00 to 20:00, at arrival they told us 8:00 to 19:00 but this guy starts cleaning the swimming pool without warning us at 17:45 :/ he was very rude and we reported him to the receptionist, who make sure that the next day everything was perfect, so on our last day, we can enjoy a warm jacuzzi and warm swimming pool :) thanks!
