Größe des Zimmers

Schlechtes WLAN. Arbeiten auf dem Zimmer so nicht möglich. Und kein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer. Lüftung furchtbar laut. Schaltet man sie aus wird es viel zu heiß im Zimmer.

Guter Standort zum Erkunden des Essener Südens. Super Umwidmung des ehemaligem RuhrGas-Gebäudes!

Als Essenerin, die sonst fast immer in Rüttenscheid übernachtet, war ich doch erstaunt, wie schnell Rüttenscheid erreicht ist. Meine Hauptsorge, dass man abends nicht so gut "los" kann, war eigentlich unbegründet. Recht rasch erreicht man die Rellinghauser Straße, die ein ganz gutes gastronomisches Angebot hat, wiewohl nicht mit der Rü zu vergleichen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 10.Stock mit wunderbarer Aussicht, es war (ziemlich) ruhig bis auf Geräusche von den Gästen über uns (nur ein Tag) und durch die nicht komplett abzustellende Klimaanlage, aber darauf wurde man bei der Buchung ja hingewiesen..

Die Dame am Empfang hätte gern etwas verbindlicher/freundlicher sein können. Selbstverständlich lege ich den Personalausweis vor, selbstverständlich warte ich, wenn sie nebenan im Büro ist... aber der Ton macht die Musik, und ein nettes "bitte" hat noch nie geschadet. Meine Meinung!

Top verblijf en prijs/kwaliteit!

Locatie is zeer goed met de auto te bereiken. Je kan naast het hotel parkeren ( 5 min. lopen) service en ontvangst perfect👍🏿

Het WLAN (wifi) is zeer traag en/of langzaam. Zeer jammerrrr.

Bis auf Kleinigkeiten für einen kurzen Trip nach Essen in Ordnung.

Frühstück: Große Auswahl. Das Personal ist superfreundlich. Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage. Ruhige Gegend. Die Matratzen waren hervorragend.

Die Wände im Flurbereich weisen langgezogenen Schrammspuren. Das dämmt die Vorfreude bevor man die Zimmer betritt ab. An den Wände im Zimmer waren ebenfalls schwarze Abdrücke, die von Touristen hinterlassen wurden. Es stellt sich die Frage, was manche Touristen im Zimmer treiben. Meiner Meinung nach, gehören die Wände im Flurbereich und in den Zimmer gestrichen. Zur Überraschung fanden wir am Abreisetag noch ein Hundekothaufen im Flur vor dem Fahrstuhl.

Sehr schönes Hotel für eine Digital Detox

Hervorragendes Frühstück, alles da was man begehrt. Zimmer sehr sauber und ansprechend eingerichtet. Parkplätze vor dem Haus ausreichend vorhanden.

Das Wlan ist eine Katastrophe, es ist nicht mal möglich gewesen zu surfen, an Streaming war gar nicht zu denken. Selbst im Frühstücksbereich war es katastrophal.

A good location and lovely room.

The room was a good size and the bathroom was huge. The Reception staff were very friendly and efficient. Fortunately, although no dedicated disabled parking areas, I was able to find a spot close to the entrance to the hotel.

Despite a sign saying no smoking just outside the front door there always seemed to be a group of people smoking there. There were dozens of cigarette ends all over the floor and the smell of cigarettes was awful. The early morning cleaning staff were quite noisy when they came on duty, talking loudly. Although not really the fault of the hotel staff, a wedding party one night were using the entrance to the parking garage as a toilet which was very unpleasant. I found it unusual to have to pay extra for a disabled room.

It was top notch. Worth the money

Everything was good except for the fact that the room didn’t have a small refrigerator where one can store water especially during this summer period. Apart from that everything was good especially the hygiene of the rooms. Great staffs too.

Clean, comfortable and very polite staff.

Air conditioning did not work, we asked for assistance and we're told some one would come to check it but they never showed up. Also several electric outlets did not work.

Friendly staffs, nice and comfortable room

Free parking place in front, the staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good too. The room was clean with comfortable bed. It was pretty close to the city, we did rent scooters/steps. Easy to reserve Taxi's too

The cleanliness of the room. And the close location of the hotel to where I visited

The reception was wxcwptionally rigid and ineffective in solving problems about currency: I had to make a part of my payment with US Dollars and they steictly refused. They did not give me the double room with a kitchen facility which in fact was in the ads and even the room pictures and in case I insisted the receptionist told me to chwck out in the morning leaving my everything in a deposit room to chwck in in the afternoon again after I came from work. Then, I had to give in and stay in tge room thwy gave me. I had to change my US dollars for Euros and they sent me to a bank about 5 km walking distance at 4pm to do this. And the bank told me they would not do it unless I had an account there. Then I had to take tram to tge HBF Essen and walk back under rain
