Alright, the view was nice.

The bathroom was clean and the view was nice.

It’s very basic, obviously the view is everything. But still, I imagine if I were a host I would invest a bit in at least cleaning the room so it’s not filthy wallpapers. No AC in the room, if it’s hot, you open the window but then it gets quite noisy since there’s the street in between the place and the beach. Not so comfortable for us as a family as the bed was very tiny. The towel I didn’t use, it just didn’t look clean to me. Was also sad to find out there was no parking available so we ended up paying around 30€ extra and all of this only to spend the night and drive further the next day. I guess it just wasn’t quite worth it for us and our goals. Could be better for others

Good location in the district "Gros". The surfer spot Zurriola beach is just across the street and it is also nice for sun bathing. Very friendly host with perfect communication. Lots of restaurants and bars just around the corner which seem more local than the ones at Playa de la Concha in San Sebastian downtown. Nice jogging path from here to Playa de la Concha.

Nothing. However you should know the following: Prices in San Sebastian are high in summer times. So don't expect a hotel at this rate but a simple, friendly family run accommodation which is located on the first floor of a traditional nice apartment house. Parking is only possible at an underground car park around the corner at 26€ for 24 hours.

Perfect location, beautiful view, close to nice bars. Check-in was super easy and very nice host. She makes you feel very welcome and is very happy. Very satisfied with everything.

Amazing location with a room view to the surf beach. The host Ara was extremely welcoming, made me feel at home. Shared bathrooms were always spot clean.

Adorable rooms couple steps from the beach.

Perfect location, you cross the street and you're on the beach (best beach for surfing in San Sebastian). Friendly host lady (Ara). Old school style bedding, exactly something you would expect in a pension.

Reed diffusers or whatever whas causing the scent in the corridor were too intense.

Perfect location if you are a surfer. View on the beach. Room is spacious enough but it is just that room. No common room or kitchen to chill or use the fridge. Compared to other places we stayed (bilbao, zarautz) felt a little too expansive for what we got. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Bars restaurants are nearby at approx 10 min walk. Free parking at 20+ min walking distance, you can drop the luggage using the curb at the right corner if the house (beach side). In the street of the frontdoor itself hardly any spots.

A wonderful lil gem in front of the ocean

We loved this little gem in san seb. Ara and her husband were very caring and nice. The place was super clean and you could even see the waves from the room which is great for surfers. I will def. come back. Gracias!!
