Très bel hôtel situé très proche de Prague.

Très bel hôtel facilement accessible à partir de Prague. Je suis arrivé en auto et le stationnement est gratuit, ce qui est très utile. Il n'y a pas de cuisine, mais un peu réfrigérateur et il y a une épicerie pas très loin. Le métro est à 5-10 minutes de marche, alors c'est vraiment très bien.

Les chambres sont un peu petites. C'est sûr que ce n'est pas le grand luxe, mais c'est propre et parfait pour un séjour à Prague.

Bellissima esperienza

L’hotel è carino e molto pulito, lo staff è molto cordiale e disponibile. Posizione tranquilla e silenziosa, ideale per rilassarsi dopo le giornate passate in centro o in visita ai monumenti. Di fronte all’hotel vi è un parco con campi da calcio, skatepark, giardino pubblico, campo da basket. Facilmente collegata al resto della città tramite bus, la cui fermata è proprio davanti al hotel. Il gestore ha a disposizione anche un pub/ristorante in cui assaggiare piatti tipici del posto, bere ottima birra, e guardare partite in diretta delle squadre locali. Ampio parcheggio incluso per chi decide di spostarsi in auto.

Was a very nice and quiet stay, we will definetely come back.

Spacious rooms and extremely clean. Very nice bathroom. Air conditioning was amazing. The smell in the room was fresh every day. Very good location, close to the metro and a silent neighborhood. And the fact that it had free parking was amazing. Great value for money.

Easily accessable and large private parking lot. Room with large beds and air conitioning. There was restaurant in the building.

Good hotel for little money

Although the hotel at first glance is located far from the city center, getting to it is easy. It is located just a 5-minute walk from the metro station, and the journey to the center takes no more than 15-20 minutes. At the same time, it should be noted that the hotel is located in a very quiet and peaceful area. The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the TV and air conditioner worked as they should. There were no problems with heat or hot water. Special thanks to the hotel staff, who allowed us to leave our suitcases for storage, both before checking into the hotel and after checking out, constantly kept in touch with us and provided dishes at our request without any problems. In general, the hotel gave a very good impression.

The room we lived in was very dusty and the bedding was quite worn out. The hotel would do well to pay attention to this and improve both the cleaning and the material part. Otherwise, for a not too high price, the hotel is good.

Pleasant small hotel

Clean room, good bar at the first floor, parking near the hotel, refrigerator and conditioner in the room, good bed. Also there is a small shop next-door. Tasty meal and beer in the bar. :)

Hmmm... Maybe that room is small and if you are an owl you hear cleaning sounds in the morning 😁

There was no ventilation in the room so it was suffocating, moreover there was an Air conditioner which was not working properly.

Well located nice hotel with good restaurant

Clean & nice hotel with good restaurant! Comfortable beds, big shower and good location (close to metro & bus station). Nice add on - kettles on the corridor.

Room for 3 is rather small, but not a big deal as we spent time mostly outside.

I will definitely come back to the place if I visit Prague again.

My room was a bit small but very clean. There was a lady working downstairs in the pub which was very kind and helpful. And the station was like 5 min walk, and bus stops just a couple of steps from the hotel.

Lovely food, nice room but no hot water & toilet broken

The food was lovely and nice atmosphere! Location was good as close to Nove Butovice train station. you can go from there to Zlicin, get off train at Zlicin and up the steps to get the 100 bus to the airport. Room was spotless and there was plenty of room, hairdryer, wardrobe, comfy beds, tv with plenty of channels. Nice bar area. Children’s park across the road and a pond with ducks. Towels were provided.

The toilet wouldn’t flush & I lifted the ceramic to try to flush but still wouldn’t flush! Went for shower but there was no hot water! This was around 6.30am, but before I left at 7.45am I washed my hands and the water did get a little warm but not much. my maps took me away up a big hill when it was literally just across the road from the children’s park and pond, I got there eventually. If the toilet was fully functional, if there was hot water, and if the outside was more obvious to find then I would rate the place very good. Small adjustments would make all the difference.

Nice place and very nice host.

location and parking facility. we arrived late but the host left very clear instructions for the keys. had no issues finding the property and later the room and parking spot.

we thought the room was too small for 2 adults and 1 kid. rest all was awesome

Nice for one night

Adam the owner was very nice and left us a key for the room because of our very late arrival, he also let us check out 2 hours later than the check out time. There is a nice playground for kids across the street and a big shopping mall 10 minutes walking from the hotel. The room was ok for 1 night staying, clean and comfortable.

- The luck of soaps and shampoos at the bathroom - The pillows were very uncomfortable
