My unpleasant hotel experience in Pomorie.

First I booked and paid for the apartment 5 months prior but when I got there the manger gave the apartment to other people and she didn't even inform me before.They gave me two different rooms on different floors even though I booked an apartment for a family and only when I got to the hotel then the manager told me that she switched out the apartment for two rooms. I asked her why she didn't tell me because it was very inconvenient as I even booked months before but she told me that she didn't know how to call me because I was an English number .

Bed was comfortable. There was a terrase. Good location and nett staff.

Bathfoom was old and smelly. The toilet was very dirty. WiFi was really bad.

The room was spacious and the balcony really nice. The price was great.

Liked everything but were a little bit disappointed as from the pictures the place was with see view and it was not. And there was a water shortage when we were there but that is not the place fault.

decent value for money if you do not have any standards and/or expectations, useful for young people

The property is decent value for money but the 2 rooms in the flat face a busy street opposite the Police station and just above the busy bus stop, It was really very noisy day and night and not possible to open the windows during the night when it was hot. Not comfortable at all. The balcony from the hotel profile is actually a shared balcony with shared cooking facilities but the hygiene is questionable as the collection and washing of all the dirty laundry happens there. In general a cheap accommodation option for people with low requirements. One good thing is there are a few available parking spaces.

Very poor

The dirtiest property I’ve stayed at. By far! There was hair in the bed and pieces of garbage around, including a bottle of an old yogurt in the fridge and pastry pieces in a drawer. The bed was creaking terribly. So much so that you wake up at night when changing your sleeping position. The water pressure in the shower was low and at times was absent. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this place.
