eine sehr gepflegtes Hotel im oberen Preissegment

Das Hotel war sauber und das Bett bequem. Zunächst hatte ich mich sehr über das Hotel geärgert, da ich es extra aufgrund des Wellnessangebotes gebucht hatte und dieser wegen hoher Auslastung für mich nicht nutzbar war. Einige Tage nach meinem schlechten Feedback wurde ich aber von einer Mitarbeiterin kontaktiert, welche sich für die Umstände entschuldigte und mir eine Wiedergutmachung anbot. Fehler können passieren und das Fehler-Management beim 47 Grad ist sehr gut. Das Wellnessangebot kann ich allerdings nicht beurteilen.

Die Preise variieren zum Teil sehr stark je nach dem über welche Plattform man die Zimmer bucht. Auch finde ich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ehr teuer, insbesondere da Frühstück, Wellness und Parkplatz nochmals zusätzlich kosten

Disappointing

Too expensive - over 200 euros a night and the breakfast was not included! The place is far from the center. You need a car and the parking was not free.

Internet absolute garbage, service/staff was friendly.

Hotel was okay. Service was great. Room could have used better linens, more towels. My friend's room had more pillows and blankets and I found myself wanting the same.

The internet was absolute garbage. Upload of .59 MBPS and Downloads at 2-4 MBPS (wth?). I pinged front office multiple times to no avail. Could not take any calls/work. Had to do from cell phone.

Pleasantly surprised regarding the quality of the hotel...

Friendly helpful staff, facilities are excellent... Everything about the Hotel was of a very high standard. I will definitely choose this Hotel for my next visit...

Great hotel but too many hidden costs.

The hotel is in a central location and has an amazing view. We really enjoyed the spa and the breakfast.

The booking comes with lots of hidden costs. From charging 15€ per day for parking to breakfast, access to sauna, spa treatments - we ended up paying 50% extra. If you want to actually enjoy some wellness, you have to pay extra. Also, it was not communicated that treatments should be booked in advance. As the spa is not exclusively for hotel visitors, we had a hard time booking a free slot.

The bed was amazing, and the room in general is nice with a pretty view over the river. Shower is perfect.

A hotel with such a price point asking 10EUR extra for the sauna and not having free parking are just such sad nuances that stain the otherwise pleasant stay. We were also not properly informed about when the kitchen closes or that on Mondays there is no restaurant in the hotel at all (even if the latter is technically mentioned on the leaflet, we felt that the reception staff could have been more focused and informative about this and in general. The breakfast staff however was extremely nice and welcoming, went above and beyond)

breakfast was okay, staff were really helpful, the room was clean and with an excellent view, location was good and very close to center you just need to cross the bridge and you are in the center of the city-center. the hotel provides a voucher for free transportation to the center. Would be great if include a car park,

Great modern hotel

The room was modern and spacious. Great comfortable bed that you can sink into after long travel with the temperature well regulated. The hotel itself is a 15minute scooter ride from the old town which is convenient, but there are also several great amenities nearby including a supermarket and several restaurants along the canal. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The rooms do not have a refrigerator, so I had to go to the reception to put my child's medicines and drinks in their fridge, which was very annoying.
