Daug erdvės. Graži gamta aplinkui. Puiki vieta atsipalaiduoti. Malonus ir paslaugus personalas.
Šaldytuvas kambaryje gana garsiai veikė. Norėtųsi, kad kiekvienas svečias turėtų vartų kodą, kad nereikėtų kiekvieną kartą skambinti administratorei.

Breakfast was nice, location was incredible! Fresh air, plenty of things to do on the property, lake was great and they have a DIVING TOWER!
I had to shut up 3 drunk people under my windows at 2 pm, was close to throwing hands, but they decided to remove themselves instead.

The surroundings
Almost no internet, no phone signal, very rude staff. Disappointing stay. Also gates are often closed, so guests are locked in or locked out. Poor maintenance. Short of staff. The rooms are like from a century ago.

The location is perfect and environment well maintained! At least in May it was pretty empty and quiet, which is great.
The property rules and organization is inconvenient:
- Spa zone only works for 2 hours in the evening - why? On Fridays most of people come after work and won't be able to enjoy spa, as it's closed 19:00.
- on Sundays everyone is expected to leave after 12:00. The weather was great and I wanted to stay by the lake for longer. Thanks for receptionists who agreed to open the gates and let me out afterwards. However, she wasn't happy about it. It was clearly stated that I was supposed to leave the area after check-out. Why?
- Talking about leaving early on Sundays, don't expect to have lunch here. Kitchen closes after breakfast time.
- there are really nice forest paths around Oro Dubingiai. However, closed gates make it inconvenient to leave the resort - you have to call the reception everytime, For example, I wanted to go for a run in the forest without my phone, but I had to take it just so I can get out.
- It would be nice to have a small fridge or a kettle in the room
- if you have a proper espresso machine in the restaurant, make sure it's fully working and available for guests. Thanks to the guy who agreed to make espresso for me (cappuccino was impossible, as the milk steamer didn't work)

Location is fantastic.
We stayed 2 nights. The place is worn out, we had to change rooms
twice as door lock was not working, toilet was
not flushing. Restaurant service is unhygienic.
Breakfast very poor, flies on food.

Staff were excellent. Lovely location.
Pool and sauna was only open 6pm to 8pm not all day. So we had to plan around it.

location
dinner would have been terrible if not for the pre-ordered sampan.
we arrived from Saturday to Sunday.
the restaurant has ~30-40 tables x 4 and only two guys served. I would like to point out that the guys were very patient and polite, the dishes were very tasty, like homemade.
but the restaurant management...how to say..., we haven't seen this kind of service since .....soviet times. we waited 30 minutes to get our drinks. we had an experience in such places but unfortunately it took 30 minutes to realize where we were. so we had to come to the bar to order drinks and a main course. can you imagine a queue at a restaurant ~ 10 customers waiting to order food or pay? this queue lasted 45 min. some families with crying children aged 3-7 decided to leave the queue at 9 p.m. and went to the gas station to eat. Then we were shocked, we saw a family with a 2-3 month old child who bought a trip with dinner. they waited for a courses till 10 PM!
we could not calm our emotions and look at the crying children and the desperate looks of the parents while they waited for their meals.
OWNERS, PLEASE LOOK AROUND, YOU HAVE A SETUP IN A BEAUTIFUL LOCATION. PLEASE IMPROVE THE MANAGEMENT, INVEST IN THE SPA (THE WATERFALL DIDN'T WORK), HIRE MORE POSITIVE STAFF LIKE NORBERTAS. AND YOU WILL RECEIVE POSITIVE FEEDBACK.

the lake and surrounding, good breakfast!
we paid full price but hotel was empty, only 4 families. so because of that swimming pool was open only for 2 hours, restaurant working hours shortened. no bowling, no jakuzi, tennis and other activities! disappointed!

restaurant food qualitu is very so-so,
receptionist (one of them) was super difficult to catch over phone - sometime calling for an hour

The location is fantastic. Lake is excellent, the beach is lovely, woods are charming. Also, the restaurant was pretty good, and the staff was accommodating.
SPA (pool and saunas) is working ONLY 2 hours per day. Two concrete hours. No flexibility at all.
While booking property stated that rooms have wifi, but wifi was only near the reception/restaurant, and there was no internet at all in our building. The receptionist said she couldn't do anything, as she's working there only for five days.
Rooms have no balconies, which is pretty strange for such a place. Also, we couldn't get a room with queen size bed, we were hoping to connect two twin beds, but the design of twin beds is leaving a gap between the matrasses. The overall impression is pretty mediocre.

nu lace and other people were great
Restaurant was really slow and not enough people to serve on time

Good location
No instructions about the water heater in bathroom, the switch is near the lighting switch, and the heater might be turned off by accident. What in turn means, you might end up without hot water (at least for 1 hour).
The service personnel at the restaurant have no experience.
When entering/exiting the hotel area you need to ask to open the gate, even if you go by foot.
