Perfect location and very comfortable hotel

Perfect location and very comfortable rooms and beds. Great views. Small 7-11 right in the lobby, excellent restaurants across the pedestrian footbridge at the Takashima department store floors 12-14. Close to train station and bus station to airport. Lots of restaurants and shopping in Shinjuku. We went to Katsukura Shinjuku Takashimaya twice, it was so good, I recommend you google it and check it out your first day as it’s right across the street. Highly recommend this hotel.

Maybe if they had a cheaper breakfast option? I also read online that the restaurant for dinner was not a great experience and overpriced. So I wouldn’t eat in the hotel especially since there are enough options very close by.

Nice stay will come back

Great location - close to two stations Big room compare to other hotels in Japan. Great view from level 28 They provide Pola skincare

Reception on level 20, every time to go out need to take hotel lift to level 20 then walk to another lift to level 1/2.

Wonderful hotel in an amazing location, will return here!

Great hotel!! The location is amazing- right on the Shinjuku station which is super comfortable, especially for the trip back to the airport. The hotel itself is really nice, the room was great with an amazing city view, and the staff were really helpful and helped us with reservations for restaurants. Definitely recommend.

We had better breakfasts in other hotels, but it was good overall. We could hear the trains passing by from our room but it didn’t really bother us and we were located in one of the highest floors, it might be more noticeable in lower floors.

A great choice for >1w stay in Tokyo

Location is incredible if you want to explore Tokyo using the public transportation system. Staff is super helpful. Rooms are large and facilities are very good.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing for its price, but we didn't actually find any really good breakfast in japan overall (we were looking for mainly fresh vegetables based).

I love this hotel even though it is older. However some more modern hair driers in the rooms would be appreciated.

Would not stay there again as constant squeaking noises st night kept us awake

To find a notice in the room that we will hear squeaking noises during the night - would never have booked to stay there if we could not sleep due to noise- and we did NOT sleep

A good place to stay and enjoy the night life and shopping in Shinjuku

Super close to Shinjuku JR station and recommend to try the hotel restaurant on L20

It’s not easy to find the entrance to hotel coming from JR station. A note send to guest prior will be very helpful.

Fantastic hotel!

This hotel was fantastic!Very close to the Shinjuku metro station.The staff was great, except one member in the restaurant who was a bit rude when we asked for an extra sugar for our coffee.But everything else was exceptional!There is a smoking room on the 21. floor which is a nice touch if you are a smoker.😃

My Most Favorite Hotel in Tokyo!

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! The rooms are considerably (and definitely) bigger than others in the Heart of Shinjuku area. Great city view and Mt Fuji from hotel window.

Superbe hôtel mais trop cher pour ce que ça vaut.

L'hôtel possède tout ce qu'il faut, et la vue est très belle. Si on a un problème, l'accueil sait nous aider comme il faut.

C'est beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c'est. J'avais pris un hôtel luxueux à Osaka qui proposait de meilleures chambres avec des vues encore plus folles pour moins cher. D'autant que leur prix pour la laverie était à "seulement" 600¥. Ici, le prix de la laverie est à plus de 6000¥, ça fait une sacrée différence.

Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and would recommend this hotel.

Property was in a great location, a very short walk from Shinjuku station. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The rooms were a little dated, the bathroom in particular.

Wonderful stay!

Convenient location, close to JR Shinjuku and different stores and restaurants. Staff members are nice and helpful.

Maybe for the price of the buffet breakfast, they can do a little better.

Happy with hotel, water dispenser near lift.

Location is good, 2nd time staying there, easy to go around and Takashimaya is just across the bridge.

Location is great! Room is good size for Tokyo standard.

No bell service. I initially booked a double room for an adult and a child (hotel policy is child (5 YO) stay free). I emailed the hotel to check the rate if the room is for two adults and a child. They confirmed no extra charge since I booked a double room. At the check in, they tried to charge for the extra adult.

Very good

Our family used to like Souther tower breakfast very much , but during this stay , i think breakfast has room to improve , compare before COVID, three yeats ago , but hotel locaiton is perfect , the best location is Shinjuku

Toilent cleaning is not good , we can see some makeup remove package on the bathroom floor , a little bit too quick cleaning

Lovely stay in Tokyo

Great location. Very close to Shinjuku station which makes it so easy to explore Tokyo. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Staff were so friendly and helpful. We would love to stay here again.

AMAZING view! Rooms need some refurb though!

The view! You are paying for the view. We were in the panoramic room on 34th floor and you will never get a hotel with a better view in the world, seriously! Location of hotel was great just make sure you familiarise yourself with the clrrect exits from Shinjuku station otherwise you might walk for miles! Very small 7eleven on ground floor but closes at night.

The hotel felt very dated. Carpets need replacing and smelt like cigarettes. Bathroom was old and needs modernising and had some mouldy looking tiles and dusty vents. No water given in bottles which was disappointing for the price paid. They wanted to be "green" and made you go to room by lift to get drinking water. Not the best in middle of night when you are in your pyjamas. Found some long black hairs on bed and carpet (assuming from maid). You are paying for the view not for the facilities here!

We arrived back at 8pm on a Sunday and there were no options for a drink overlooking the view. A bar with that incredible view would have been nice.

First served room had problems in air conditioner. It was hot. After changing to another room, it's ok.

Very close the station and good views

the rooms accommodates no more than two people each so had to get 2 rooms for our family of 4. Other cities in Japan provided for families in 1 room. Disappointing and costly to have 2 rooms.
