Never again!!

The location is very good, within a walking distance from the beach.

We were so unsatisfied that we left earlier and we're still waiting for our refund, for which we already had to send reminders. So far, nothing was returned to our accounts. The staff is rather unfriendly and extremely tensed, showing no hospitality. We announced we would arrive half a day later, but upon arrival, our booking was already canceled. The receptionist treated us as if she was doing us a favor by keeping our reservation which we had reserved weeks in advance. We had some major troubles with our car and had to keep 2 cars for a couple of hours in the hotel parking. That was ways too much to ask from a 4-star accommodation... and they forced us to park the second car in the public parking. The hotel manager even dared to threaten my husband and argued that it was not his problem if we had to go out of our comfort zone. No hospitality, no friendliness, poor communication skills!! Second, the quality of the amenities is really poor, similar to a bed-and-breakfast rather than a 4-star place. The rooms were everything but clean. The shower was not working. The WIFI was cut off every 5 minutes, the coffee machine was broken, their tablette displaying the available services was never working, the furniture in the kitchen was falling apart, the door to the terrace was broken and it almost fell on top of my head. There's no true separator between the terraces and our neighbor's dog was crossing to our terrace. We also had access to their so-called wellness and SPA areas. The pool is ways too small for so many guests coming from the holiday flats and the hotel. They have a fresh bread delivery service, but the bread was awful, the cheapest, lowest quality you can get in a supermarket. All in all, this place is ways below 4-star standard and the value for money is close to inexistent, especially when you are treated with the feet in your holidays by a hotel manager that cannot conceive of having guests with 2 cars parked on his premises.
