Very disappointing. Loud and noisy.

Room was ok for purpose. Location was convenient.

Very noisy til 3.00am when band downstairs finished. If known about band would not have stayed there.

We got value for money BUT did not expect the noise level to be what it was.

Location. On site dining was very, very good.

Wasn't aware there was an upstairs nightclub. Very, very noisy.

Free breakfast and Netflix available to sign into without having to use data. Room was clean and had a nice view.

We did not stay here by choice. I accidentally booked the wrong hotel! Had to sign a waiver in case the steam set off smoke alarm and would face $450 charge! No lift access which made difficulty for bags to get up the stairs for older people. Thankfully the nightclub onsite was not operating on a Monday evening. No hand basin in the bathrooms so had to use normal sink. I was reluctant to stay but since it was only 1 night and not refundable we did. It was adequate.

The room was worth the money.

The staff in the front bar at the time. Terrible. They didnt make you fill welcome. The manners for hospitality in my opinion where well below bar. I heard them talk to another patron which was just rude.

Comfortable, great location and great food.

The Pier Hotel is in an awesome location, food was great, pub itself has a great vibe. Staff were friendly. Shower was the best shower for a hotel we have had in a long time!!!

Comfortable mattress but bed frame was a little wobbly.

location is amazing, so central and within walking distance to everything we required.

accommodation is basic, but is fitted with everything you need for a short stay

Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable room and good breakfast.

Very good Continental B’fast - cereal, juice, coffee toast ( good choice of jams) Used our own coffee beans & plunger though. Not keen on instant coffee.

Coffee. We were also worried about setting off the alarm with shower steam.

Authenticity of staying in an old hotel.

ensuite layout could be better - plenty of room in both room and en-suite but poorly designed so not functional and room I’d awkward to move around in.
