Well designed Eco house

Great design of the house. Very modern. Loved the kitchen being separated from the living area by a pavilion. Covered carport Modern appliances

The house is across the road from a children's playground and a large field. Our stay included a weekend where large groups of people gathered at night swearing and fighting until 3am in the morning. A very unpleasant experience.

An I feel at home kind of place.

The location was lovely and quiet, with a beautiful garden to look out on. The cottage style accommodation had every thing one needed for a comfy stay. We will be back to stay again...the owners helped us with good humor when we couldn't figure out how to look the doors. I would recommend staying at Sinclair Eco House to anyone who likes something a little eclectic.

loved this accommodation, one of the best we have stayed in.

very clean and tidy, appropriately stocked with kitchen items, bathroom items, great bed. Quiet and convenient location.

needed to purchase 2 batteries for the air con remote. easy fix though.

Great place to stay in Port Lincoln.

Location and the way the house was set up.

BATHROOM MIRROR - please replace the mirror with a larger mirror - the postage stamp size mirror was difficult to see to shave. A small correction but people would like it.

Overall the stay was good, nice clean & quiet place, not too far from the town and easy to get to.

We had small dogs and unfortunately there was an area under one of the driveway gates that was large enough that would have allowed our dogs to escape from if we didn't keep an eye on them at all times. The separation of the living/bedroom areas to the kitchen/dining was a bit inconvenient, especially during the cold mornings. Would have been good if there was a pull down screen to protect the area between the buildings.

Very clean good layout with separate kitchen area WiFi and close to town. Park across road.

The fact it's not totally private if someone else is staying in the rear property. I didn't know that when booking.

Highly recommend this place for your stay in Port Lincoln

Sinclair Eco House is fantastic! It was easy to find from the airport, a close walk to the town's centre. The house was clean and very comfortable and the house itself had all the amenities needed to enjoy our stay. Highly recommend. Thanks Toni.

provided the quiet dog friendly respite we needed prior to a big WA road trip from Adelaide

spacious, private, modern and comfortable - loved the design except for the one inconvenience

minor inconvenience - separate building for kitchen meant 2 doors to negotiate to carry food and drink in/out of main living/bed room areas

A lovely, attractive property in quiet location. Clean with everything you need. Great that we could bring our little dog.

Didn't realize it was a shared driveway. It was a bit disconcerting the first time someone walked past, but no other issues.

A HIDDEN GEM, I'D BUY IF I COULD!

LOVED the bedroom/living area with the bathroom in the middle. quite a quirky layout with an outside undercover 'sitting lounge' area separating the bedroom/living area dwelling to the kitchen dwelling (which overlooked a lovely garden). Kitchen had a table & chairs and also a washing machine which is handy for travellers. Undercover carport a bonus as well. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I'm sure who ever stays would enjoy as well. Think perfectly suited for single or couple (+ child if the sofa is a sofa bed)

Great Eco Accommodation

Loved the property, decor, gardens outdoor area kitchen dining and pussycat.

On a whole this property is wonderful and we loved the setup. If I had to nit pick it would be the smallest thing going from the warm main area to the kitchen for coffee lol. But we probably could have used the tray in the lounge to take stuff inside and make in there. And not having more time.

A fabulous alternative to city motels and high rise units. Great value for money.

Absolutely wonderful and quiet property, well away from the city hustle. Would definitely stay there again. Far better value than just a studio unit in the centre of town, for the same price (or more).

Superb

The kitchen was well set up. The bed was comfortable and the grounds were secure for my dog.

Dragging the heater from the lounge to the bedroom. The pesky cat.

Exceptional

The place was cosy, clean and beautifully furnished. We made friends with the friendly cat and absolutely adored the views out our windows. It was really hard to say goodbye to the place but we will definitely be back! An absolute delight

Facility located in a quiet area of Pt. Lincoln and easily accessible to other parts of Port Lincoln

The independent kitchen was good so there wasn't the mixing of the eating and living activities. Bed was very comfortable. A spacious facility with all the essentials you required for a pleasant stay.
