Location and friendlyness
One has to ring the bell to get in the hotel

Location.
Room behind the bar is very noisy. Music all day until 11pm. Laundry service very expensive. They charge per piece instead of weight.

We stayed in the rooms downstairs right next to the reception and it was very load. We checked out after 1 night.

The staff is really nice
No internet in the bedroom. Had to go to the front desk to get it. The staff is totally helpless about giving touristic information. They can’t even tell you anything about buses

The property was cute and quiet. It was close to lots of great restaurants and shops in the Utica neighborhood. Also, the staff was terrific. I became good friends with one of the receptionist, Jhon. tThe. real fast was also nice and simple.

I wondered but in all Usaquen in Sunday all cafe and restaurants closed at 19.00 !!!

Bonus: One of the few places with a heater (gas chimney)
Comfy beds and spacious room
Nice style and architecture
Friendly staff
Excellent location
Good breakfast
The room I initially paid had no window or any kind of natural light so it was completely dark, which was not stated in the description.
I had to pay more to be moved to a room
In June there were some renovation works going on too.

It was very close to Hacienda Santa Bárbara in a safe and nice place

... I have stayed here several times, the location, comfort and value for money is worth staying.
... seems the pandemic affected their business operations and have new staff that are not fully trained. Additionally, while expanding the premises, seems to me that they aren't dedicating the same attention to the current premises.

The staff and location made this hotel exceptional.
Noisy at times.

location - cleaning ladies/kitchen staff are the best feature of the hotel.
I stayed 4 extra nights, messy organization, repairs in hotel made all dusty, no heating in room, bathroom humid, place has had better times. Extra days were more expensive than with booking.com -

The room is very cute. Had a great terrace. Romantic! Also a GREAT location!
The stairs up to the room were a little dangerous for an older couple. Fine if you are young. But if you are older, carrying heavy suitcases or a little drunk - watch out!

I like the breakfast, room service and location. La chimenea también me encantó.
The facilites, some details in the room, las cortinas and the sofá very old.

Great location! The hotel restaurant had a couple vegan options.
I stayed in the ground floor and it was very noisy in the early mornings next to the room I was staying. Unfortunately the room’s door wasn’t soundproof and I could hear everything.
