Really enjoyed the stay .. will come again.

Hospitality by the owner(Mr filippe) closeness to the beach and complete privacy. Plus the kitchen facilities. The caretaker Manju was very helpful.

Owner is nice . He helped a lot to accommodate what was needed .. Staffs are also good .. Rooms are big enough with big kitchen . It's perfect stay for a family with lower cost

Ground floor rooms are dampened . Owner needs to work on to remove damping smell ...

Stay at North GoA

The owner is very nice and helpfull .. Rooms were big with all the required amenities. The house staffs are also good. Location wise it's very near to beach and price is good than other hotels .

There are two 2 BHKs which are in Ground floor .. It's quite damp and there is a dampen smell .. Probably new paint with adequate freshening can help.

The Owner of the house was so friendly...He was literally explaining about the frauds happening....he was so genuine and the lady who was working for us was so sweet...she made us some nice pav and egg which was nice...and the owner gave us some time to late check-out without any hesitation...

Rooms were old and the switches were old too and no hot shower

Excellent stay, owner is chill and cool person, had no major problems, full stocked kitchen and best part is hot water available 24x7, single washroom inside but 2 common washrooms are available which are super clean. Overall great stay, highly recommended

They didnt provide towels and toileteries.. ACs were not so strong.. nor the fan.. the entry road was way too narrow and it made driving challenging..

Great place to stay.

Koito house is best place to stay specially the room’s and facilities (kitchen including everything).one more great thing is owner he is best person I ever met.because we visit lot of places and met many owners some are good some bad but here everything is perfect .We didn’t feel like hotel we feel like our second home. Definitely my next time destination would be Kioto.. Believe me book this hotel,you will never regret..happy stay

The place was cheap and was a 2 bhk flat with wifi, kitchen and all. We were two guys so we didn’t care much about the location. Calangute is not a place to stay though. Candolim is better and if you want to stay in North then Arambol is good. The strech from Morjim till Candolim is just too crowded and busy.

Very spacious and good location

The two bedroom apartment was just perfect for us. Very spacious and 4 balconies! Our dog was really comfortable too. The staff was amazing, always ready to help. I'm so happy that we found a place we can come back to :) Thanks Filipe~
