Uitzicht op zee, groot zwembad, rustige ligging, mooie kamers, heel behulpzaam personeel en goed ontbijt. Heel goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding.

Garden, Pool, Beach views, Staff, Rooms , Opposite Beach were all excellent
The breakfast wasn't good. Very small choice. Need cereal on menu. Continental breakfast was the tiniest mouthful of Bacon and 2 slices of Frankfurt, Green Salad, 1 Egg and 2 toast.
No food places are open in the daytime within a 20 minute walk.
Our lock on glass door in room 1505 was very difficult to open.

Our room was fabulous. Staff were very helpful. Pool was good.
Access to the property and rooms can be a challenge! Some work needs to be done so that the grounds match the quality of the rooms. Cushions on the sun loungers please:)

The location was good for us. Quiet but also not far from beachfront areas. The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would be happy to return again!
Only two bath towels and two hand towels in the room per day was not enough for us. At our request, staff brought more towels each day. We would have preferred more at check-in.
The breakfast served was different than our ordered items. The changes were fine but it would have been better to give us a daily breakfast menu in the morning instead of ordering items in advance.
It would also be nice for the staff to ensure that the dining area would be smoke-free. We enjoyed our meals until other guests started smoking nearby.

the location is good. nevertheless the hotel is not directly on the beach, you have to cross the road … yet it’s very close.
we had the family room which is good for two parents and two kids. it’s friendly and bright room design and clean.

The room had a fabulous view of the coast. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The bed was very comfortable. Loved the infinity pool.
Older hotel so a little rundown. Distance from busier part of town. Breakfast was disappointing.
BOOKING.COM
# Leman Cap Resort is now SV Boutique Hotel so when we arrived there was no record of our booking. We dealt directly with the hotel who were very helpful. Booking.com needs to take Leman Cap Resort off their listings and change it to SV Boutique.

Room with sea view is pretty good. This is the only reason I liked about this hotel
as other guests already mentioned many times, facility and hotel itself look really old. It was disappointing that only I could notice is old cracking wall and no staff welcoming when I climbed up the stairs. (Flowers are beautiful but other parts look like an abandoned place, what a shame)
Room key doesn’t work well so I had to try tapping card many times and literally took 5 mins to get inside the room.
The door key to the balcony is also broken, so I was concerned when I went to bed because anyone from other room can enter my room from the balcony.
Also, the phone in the room was broken as well. (it can receive call from reception but I cannot call to reception, so every time I have to use my own phone)
I like some hotels which has “antique” style, but this hotel just seems like “no maintenance” and I am just wondering why owner don’t try to fix or renovate even tho many guests are mentioning that? Just fixing outside would make this hotel look so much better.
Breakfast was Disappointing, even tho I didn’t expect much. but at least food should have been warm enough.
Considering covid time, food quality can be understandable, but the Breton keys and phone is not something I can understand since I paid more than 150 USD.

The room was clean, very comfortable bed, and the view from the room was excellent, and staff were friendly.
Room access required climbing multiple levels of ramps and stairs.
The staff could not provide any local information about restaurants, or access to tourist information and there was no local information in the room, nor any information about in house menu.

Nice view. Good location. Quiet
Too expensive. Breakfast was average. Had people on my balcony

Staff member are exceptional, however the hotel is rundown and in serious need of a facelift. I literally refused to use any of the facilities in my room due to fear of catching something.

- Friendly and well trained staffs
- Nice view from the room
- Breakfast menu should be improved
- Should have staffs in front of entrance

The pool is a beautiful infinity pool, but my god was the water hot! I think that was due to the extreme temperatures in VT at that point, but it felt like a warm bath! The rooms are lovely, and the grounds are beautiful - beautiful trees and flowers. The hotel is in a truly lovely spot (plus is only a quick walk to David's pizza!). The bed is comfy and the staff are friendly :)
The facilities need to be better maintained. The pool area was not clean - rubbish and cigarette butts by the sunbeds. The sunbeds themselves need maintaining (or buy new ones) as well as the sunbed covers (very old, with stains). Please sort out area by pool - fix the fence by the side and maybe paint the building to the right - as when you're in the pool you can see that building (with broken windows) and it's not pretty! Little touches could make such an improvement to this place!
