W Excellent, friendly host.
Large private car parking shared with other flats on site.
Small but well equipped kitchen area which we did not use due to presence of rodent activity.
Reasonable walking distance to center of Locorotondo
We were a bit disappointed that this was not an authentic Trulli. Check photos as they are for a variety of accomodations they rent. Not what we thought we were booking so double check you are renting the “trulli” rather than a flat connected to it.
Advert said the place had Wifi and we were very reliant on wifi for our on-ward travel plans, but it never worked and from reviews by others it looks like it is an ongoing problem.
No air-conditioning, just a tiny fan I had to clean to use. Very small window so virtually no cool air.
I realise it was a very hot July and the advert did not say the place had AC but we just could not cope with the heat in the room (especially at night) and decided to leave after two days even though we had paid for four days.
Be aware if booking during the summer months that this place is not set up to deal with hot weather.

The property manager is very kind and supportive.
Nice location and has its own parking space. The house was very spacious.
Everything was fine, the only thing was the second night there was a problem with the boiler, so there was no hot water, but after contacting the property manager, the problem was fixed in the morning.

nice space and comfortable.
WiFi doesn’t work

It had a lovely olive grove next to it. The shower was good.
Not well cleaned. None of the following: cutting board, sharp knife, basics like tea/coffee, replacement bin bags. The room was not like the photos. Miscommunication.

spacious apartment. nicely decorated. 10 min walk to Locorotondo.

This was a very large apartment for two people and included a small kitchen where we made breakfast and lunch.
Parking is right next to the building, and it is on the outskirts of town so it's easy to find. The center of town is pretty close (approximately 10- 15 minutes level walk).
In the morning, the neighbor came by and gave us fruit from his tree. A very thoughtful surprise!
The weather was very hot during our stay and there was no air conditioning. We managed by opening windows at night and closing them during the heat of the day. It was comfortable after we figured out the strategy for optimal air flow and we were gone most of the day for sightseeing.

Place was ok, fairly close to town. Good value for money, big room and bit space outside. Good facilities to cook for yourself. Good communication before arriving, nice host, we even got a pack of tarallucci when we left which was a nice touch.
Mattress was really hard and uncomfortable. Location was a bit on the road so you can hear the traffic and the cars drive really fast along that road so it's not super-safe to walk into town.
3.5
The location is perfect , you can reach easily other places .
They did not offer breakfast due for COVID but other places yes so maybe they could organize themselves better in other to offer it as other places are doing .
4.5
Beautifully and tastefully furnished accommodation. Impeccably clean. Nicoletta was also a pleasure to deal with, so helpful with tips and very responsive to messages. The accommodation is based off a main road so there is some traffic noise but it is fine.
