Unique and evocative room in the center of the town.
Everything is just walking distance.
The are al lot of steep stair, can be quite challenging with heavy luggage. Should we knew in advance we would have packed differently.

The property was perfectly located, and very comfortable. It had very good air conditioning, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very good.
The shower head did not have enough pressure and we were unable to use the kitchen facilities.

Posizione centralissima e un terrazzo fantastico

Beautiful room and terrace, with great location.

The location was wonderful and we were met in town to be escorted to our room. We were given a voucher to have breakfast in a nearby restaurant and it was very good. The place has a rooftop table where you can see above the roofs and it is a great place to have a happy hour.
The stairs to the rooms were a bit steep, but we downsized our luggage(leaving the rest in the car) to only bring in a few necessities and that worked for us. You have to park outside the walled town, but it was an easy walk to the B&B.

Nice room with a separate and private kitchen and bathroom.which were very nicely appointed. The owner was very helpful and flexible. She was even kind enough to carry up our bags as the room had a lengthy stairway and we are elderly. We very much appreciated her help and she bent over backwards to make our stay and check out go as smoothly as possible.
The stairs were a bit much for us.

I had a wonderful two night stay in this historic house in the charming village of Locorotondo. My room had everything I needed for a really comfortable stay. I was warmly met by the hostess who had excellent recommendations for restaurants & even organised a driver to take me to Gallipoli when I departed. The hostess stayed in touch with me throughout my stay via WhatsApp & I felt really safe.
The breakfast provided is at a cafe near by & its is buffet style with a big selection of foods (both sweet & savoury). They happily catered for me as I’m a coeliac. The breakfast was lovely & a great way to start my day.
I have no hesitation in recommending this charming guest house. You will not regret staying here.
Nothing to dislike.

The room was clean.
Waiting for 20 minutes in the cold, despite having informed the owner of our exact time of arrival.
Room very badly soundproofed, we hear every noise, every person who speaks in the street, and especially the bell tower which is in front of the room.
We did not close the eye of the night!
Finally, the check out time is very early, at 10 am, against noon for all other hotels.
We do not recommend this accommodation.

The location was very good to explore centro and neighboring areas. Our room was quiet and clean. Daily room service, clean towels were available if we opted for them. There was a small cute balcony off of our room. The A/C worked very well and was quiet. The shower had good water pressure and hot water. Wi-Fi worked well.
This is not a good place to stay if a constant vertical, narrow climb is not your thing. The opening of front door is very narrow and difficult to get in and out of (we are small people, 5’5 and normal weight) especially with any kind of luggage (ours was small, carry on bags). Then the narrow climb up the stairs to get to the room was enough…but then the entry to our room was another difficult and dangerous set of stairs to go down into it. The room description states it comes with coffee /tea / kitchen etc but there is just a small separate common area kitchen (back at the top of the stairs outside our room) with a sign on the refrigerator that says “do not touch anything in the refrigerator or any of the kitchen equipment” which was the coffee machine etc. The “breakfast” of this bed and breakfast was in a local bar…we were there 3 days and location changed to two different places. We had to explain to the people at the bar that we were part of complimentary breakfast from our place which one of the places didn’t understand at all…like they knew nothing about it. There was no list or info given on what we could order which eventually just came down to a coffee and a pastry. The roof top terrace was also another narrow climb and when you get up there, it’s an uneven surface with two chairs and tiny table, for all guests to use. The pictures portray a different view of comfort and ease than the reality does. A young adventurous perfectly fit 20’s something couple might enjoy this however not recommended for anyone with children or any kind of mobility concern. Please note, my husband and I, while older (not old!) are in great shape (no mobility issues) and found this place to be physically challenging and not quite up to how it is portrayed….to enter a kitchen with the desire to merely make a cup of coffee and to be greeted with a sign that says “don’t use anything in the kitchen” is not very hospitable. It’s downright weird. Pictures didn’t match reality.

The B&B had been recently renovated. It was gorgeous. The location was fantastic. All the staff - in particular Emanuele and Mariantontietta were extremely helpful. The checking in process was seamless. It was the best place we have stayed so far in Italy.

Great location in the old city, close to excellent restaurants. Spotlessly clean and comfortable beds. Host was helpful, friendly and informative.
Breakfast in local cafe rather limited

We loved our stay, the apartment was beautiful, clean and comfortable. It’s in the absolute best place, right in the heart of the beautiful old town and we found free parking very close by with the help of Vitangela who was an amazing host.
There are a lot of steep stairs but it is worth the effort.

Exceptional location with very friendly staff. You are sleeping in an historical house that was renovated originally with an one of a kind rooftop with view of the church and the roofs of Locorotondo. Amazing! my room also had a balcony and was very spacious and comfortable. the breakfast was prepared every morning and you could ask Vitangela who speaks perfect English also everything you need to know about Locorotondo & Puglia.

excellent location within the beautiful Old Town. The Host was friendly and extraordinarily helpful with great restaurant recommendations, also helping us carry our luggage up to our room
The room was a bit small, however, the price likely reflected this.

Vitangela was very communicative and great local adviser. The place is very well located surrounded by the best restaurants and small shops.

I can't say enough good things about this place! The location is perfect, very close to the main Caffe della Villa (great for aperitivo) and the beautiful Lungomare. The breakfast is delicious, and it's very fun to see what new cakes they make each day. The rooftop has incredible views and the rooms are beautiful, clean, and comfortable; the best I experienced during my 3 weeks in Puglia. The staff is so nice and helped me with figuring out transportation around the area without me even asking. All of this for a very great value. I hope to come back!
