La chambre en elle même est bien. Bien insonorisé

Nous n’avons pas pu nous enregistré au borne des notre arrivée il était 21h30, du coup pas pu entree dans le parking sans code et pas de numero de chambre .nous avons essayer de joindre mais personne ne nous a répondu. Nous avons attendu 30 minutes pour enfin avoir quelqu'un au bout par la borne. Je trouve çà très dommage et bien embêtée si nous arions eu personne.

Peu de sens commercial

Le grand parking en plein air devant l’hôtel. Le système d’un code unique pour tous les accès

Réservation via Booking : « pas de paiement lors de la réservation mais directement à l’hôtel, et possibilité d’annulation jusqu’à 14h00 le jour de l’arrivée ». Nous arrivons à 14h05, je demande donc à payer en espèces et on me dit que c’est trop tard, que ma carte est passée, en tentant de me faire croire que c’est une procédure Booking : inadmissible. Par ailleurs, alors que l’hôtel est loin d’être complet, on nous donne la chambre 17 contre la réception, absolument pas isolée du hall d’entrée, donc nous passons la nuit à être réveillés par les gens qui rentrent, parlent comme en plein jour et chantent pour les plus éméchés, sans compter le bip de l’ascenseur, et cerise sur le gâteau, une toxico qui a passé la moitié de la nuit à taper à la porte de notre voisin d’en face, qu’elle connaissait à priori, pour lui demander son chit qu’il ne voulait plus donner. Ce soir là des CRS logeaient pourtant à l’hôtel, tout le rez-de-chaussée a subi cette folle mais personne n’est intervenu. C’est le problème des hôtels sans réception la nuit.

L’accueil très chaleureux, la propreté et le buffet du petit déjeuner était top. Le parking sécurisé et le veilleur de nuit permettent de dormir sur nos deux oreilles

Parfait : la jeune fille de l'accueil agréable nous a conseillé un bon restaurant à proximité.

BED BUG INFECTED PLACE

Location

! BED BUGS! We only stayed for 3 nights and woke up the last morning fully covered in bed bug bites. This caused an allergic reaction to one of us and multiple very uncomfortable days caused by the swelling & itching. Later on we discovered that “the weird sweet almond-like sent” in de corridors is a typical bed bug smell in highly infected placed. And if that’s not bad enough, turned out our luggage got infected as well during our stay, which caused our home to get infected after our return. After more sleepless night we ended up paying +€1500 to disinfect our home from the B&B bedbugs. This is simply the worst souvenir I ever took home from vacation and I will look into the possibilities of suing for this major inconvenience.

Conviniently priced and comfortable

The rooms are simple and comfortable, the internet works well and there is a desk that allowed for some work. The parking is protected. Quite an ideal location and well priced.

When I arrived I didn't really get the code for opening the gate and it was unclear in their communication. Very minor issue.

Easily accessible by public transport, and no need to interact with others to stay.

No soap at the tap (had to use shampoo from the shower, an annoying smell in the room (I would assume the cleaning products they use?)

Fine for an overnight stay

The room and ensuite were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The air conditioned rooms were very welcome.

Don't expect to have essentials

+parking +vending machines +food delivery options +cheap price

- in the bathroom there was no soap.It wasn't possible to ask for it as the reception was closed in the evening. - the bottle with shampoo/shower gel was empty.We only could wash our hands once. - the shower was damaged, so the water was running from the handle. - the shower wall panel was so short that all the water splashed on the floor, which made it slippery. - toilet paper left from the previous visitors, the roll of paper was half used when we checked in. - no socket near beside the second bed, so only one person can charge his phone at night. - no hand towels, only one medium body towel per person.
