Overall it was good value for money for one night :)

We liked how helpful and welcoming the staff was. Also it was great to have free parking available right at the entrance, entering the premises was easy as well. The room was small but had everything we needed for one night.

Some of the cutlery was dirty so needed to prewash before using.

I did not feel comfortable during my stay.

The room was silent.

No elevator, no hair dryer, the room was smelling sewage, pillows and mattress are not so good.

Good value for money

The hotel has private parking, it's close to Aix-en-Provance by car, so location is quite convenient. I liked wifi quality. The room is tiny, but it's absolutely what is on photos, so it's what I expected. The room is clean and overall has everything required. There is a big road nearby, but with closed windows I did not hear a thing!

The smell of cleaning chemicals was a bit too strong. I opened windows for the full afternoon to get rid of it. I did not like one of the pillows, looked old to me. Another one was okay.

Nice and spacious, laundrette on site

We were in a down stairs room and everytime upstairs went to the toilet or used the sink or shower we could here the water like it was coming from our bathroom.

Good value for money, nice staff

Staff was extremely friendly and overall a great place to stay for a short stay if you travel by car, short drive from the city. Room was simple but comfy and clean, just the shower curtain needed an urgent wash.

The fire alarm in the building went on a couple times which was a bit annoying to wake up in the middle of the night (false alarms) but otherwise all good!

There was hair in the bathroom and generally the standard of the facility was unexpectedly low. The beds were not comfortable and the old AC was making noises at night.

For the price, they do a good job of providing decent accommodation.

Very helpful staff, room is decent size and clean. Kitchen area supplies were somewhat lacking, but were increased upon request. Bed was comfortable. Nice neighborhood and food bus service into Aix. Fine for short stay.

The hotel is fairly easy to access from the highway. We were on the top floor and it was quiet and a good fit for our short 1 night stay.

The original room they assigned to us had not been cleaned. The sheets were still ruffled and dirty towels strewn about from the previous guests. When we went back to the office they were able to reassign us a clean room, but it was still an inconvenient experience.

We did not stay in the hotel, it was so stressful because everything was fully-booked in Aix-Provence. We received the cancelation one hour before arriving at the hotel because they said there was a problem with the water etc. The communication was really difficult although they managed to transfer us to a different hotel which is in Avignon (1 hour of driving again not on our way and we plan to tour around Aix-Provence Center) we have to change completely our travel plans and we were so tired from long hours of driving.

I will never stay here again!

the location.

we were supposed to stay 9 nights, We had to ask for clean towels twice twice after 4 th night. Trash in bathroom was never picked up. After 6 nights of no service, we left. It is rated 3 stars but it is barely a 1 star.. There is no elevator. There are far better places to stay in Aix en Provence.

Location is very conducive for relaxation

This is the only thing I found needed to improve, internet network. Very difficult to get stable network connection around the place.

Great location and price

It is simple but has all you need. Very clean, good size. A lot of places to park the car. Near highway and small roads. 10 minutes from the center of Aix en Provence in a quiet zone. If you need a place to use as base to travel around the region is a good choice. No luxury but all you need. And the price is great. Very close there is always you might need: supermarket, restaurants, shops...

There is no elevator, but it was clear in the infos.
