Well priced, great location and lovely rooms!

Everything! I was greeted on arrival by Adrian, shown to my room which was lovely, it had everything I needed and the bed was super comfy! I also had breakfast which was very tasty. I'd definitely stay again.

Clean, comfortable, friendly host

Room too hot because of rad in bathroom, if windows left open, room felt insecure. Quite a walk into town.

Very friendly host, everything very well done. Fantastic haggis and chips! Excellent breakfast.

Downstairs bathroom but we knew that when booking so its not a complaint just an obserbvation.

Beautiful and nice place, great host

Everything was just perfect, the bed was so comfortable, the room was really nice and cosy, the bathroom large and clean. We particularly appreciated the host, that took really good care of his guests, giving nice recommandations for visiting, sharing some histories with us about the city. The breakfast was also very good. We enjoyed a lot this place.

Great Place To Stay

Loved staying here, was so comfy and clean. When you walk in it feels luxurious because it looks a bit like a hotel vibe, all white and modern. The bathroom was big and a very big shower - we stayed at a few places and found this was very helpful when you have a dog and going hiking. You have a rain shower option as well which was great! They replaced glasses and some offerings (tea, coffee, chocolate) every day. The bed was very comfy and there were sockets on either side, as well as USB ports. Location was really good, walking distance from the Aviemore high street, but also really good location to commute to other attractions. Didn't see the staff much as we were out a lot but the communicated all of the necessary details via messaging on the app.

I had a great 3 night stay here whilst doing some winter skills in the mountains. It was a perfect base ( if you have a car, otherwise 20 ish minute walk into town),really comfy bed and warm room. Breakfast was delicious,generous portions and Adrian was very good at making me feel welcome. I'd definitely stay again

Really lovely little B&B just outside of Aviemore. The host was very welcoming and friendly. Lovely large room and bed, plenty of space to stretch out. Bathroom was basically brand new and very clean.

Little gem in Aviemore. ;)

The room and bathroom are spacious, clean and very cosy. There are little amenities and snacks in the room which is a great addition. It is at the very beginning of the town so you need to walk 15-20mins to get to restaurants or shops. Very good location and lovely view from the room in the morning. Adrian was just excellent and checked in constantly if we need anything and provided us with great local information. Lovely breakfast and it is a pet friendly place. We had a wonderful stay! Highly recommended!
