Todo excelente, limpieza , y los chicos del desayuno genial Mattia excelente anfitrión top 10 , la ubicación excelente fácil y muy económico para trasladarnos lo volvemos a repetir sin duda .

Great location of the hotel, nice clean rooms, comfortable bed and the best focaccia genovese for breakfast.

In standard room the shower is quite small, so next time I would book superior room

Brutta esperienza

Posizione centrale per raggiungere tutto a piedi

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel a fine aprile, prima di fare la recensione ho aspettato per vedere il loro interesse. La mia bimba ha subito un’ustione a causa di un tubo del termosifone. Avvertita la reception, erano impreparati e non sapevano come muoversi. L’unica soluzione che hanno proposto è stato coprire il tubo con un asciugamano. Abbiamo scritto una mail al responsabile per avere gli estremi dell’assicurazione e non abbiamo mai ricevuto risposta. La bambina è guarita dopo un mese e ad oggi ha ancora dei segni sulla schiena e non può esporre la schiena al sole. Nessuno si è minimamente interessato di sapere come stesse la bambina o se avessimo necessità di una medicina o di arrivare in pronto soccorso. Il fatto è successo sera appena arrivati e abbiamo soggiornato lì per tre notti. In quattro giorni nessuno si è interessato. Non torneremo.

Brilliant hotel.

The staff were fabulously helpful. We stayed for one night only, but were returning a week later to fly out in the evening. They remembered us and allowed us to leave our luggage in the hotel for the day while we explored Genoa. The breakfast was superb. Very good indeed. I shall stay again. Not leat to use the amazing 19th century lift.

Genoa was a beautiful and welcoming city!

The location was perfect for getting around the city. Shopping, restaurants, train station were all within a 15 minute walk. We were in room 16 which was on the back side of the hotel, overlooking an alleyway. The room had less light coming into it which was perfect as we transitioned to this time zone. Breakfast was delightful. The space was full of light and air; food delicious. Staff were so very kind and helpful.

The first couple of days, we opted out of breakfast. Not smart on our part - trying to walk around without coffee looking for a place that served breakfast was not fun. The hotel breakfast was perfect.

Very pleasant stay for the price

- Hotel location is excellent, very short walk from piazza Ferrari. - Breakfast was included in price. very friendly and helpful staff. - Large side TV with Amazon Prime - Powerful Air Conditioner. - Small balcony facing street - Coffee maker and fridge

The bathroom is partitioned inside the room and has a decent size though the shower is small and can be rather a tight fit for a larger person. This hotel occupies two floors in the old residential building so you need to be prepared for using tiny vintage elevator and smaller dining facility. No international channels are available on TV

Did the job but I wouldn't go back

Location was great. Bed comfort was fine. That is about all I could say.

The sofa was old and rusted, the room felt cheap. The bed was fine to sleep on but they but a cover on it that made it look old and hideous. Checkin was not friendly. Just a weird vibe all over for this place.

Enjoyable. Bright & comfy accommodation with very helpful staff.

Breakfast adequate choice of fresh pastries/fruit & cereals. Room clean & comfortable & quiet overnight. Excellent central location. Very helpful, cheerful staff.

A little lack of signage downstairs but maybe just being older didn’t look properly.

Genoa's best hotel 😁

The breakfast was really tasty and a really good price. The location is excellent for those who like shopping and also just a few minutes walk from the city centre and the port.₩

The hotel was very good, the only thing that could be better would be a few TV stations in English

Perfect location. Very close to the Brignole station (train and aeroporto bus), walking distance to the center and old port, bit its not noisy from street in the night. Beds are comfy. Recommend to book breakfast, after few days in another cities having only cafe and croisants, we were happy to have classic hotel breakfast :)

Super stay & amazing people

Location was good, the hotel is so clean and it is in the middle of shopping center, also its nearby the transportation stations. The room was big enough to accommodate 3 persons, really it was amazing stay in Genova, again the Italian people were very friendly and helpful.

Very pleasant stay

Location was excellent and convenient. Breakfast was very good and fresh. Staff was extremely helpful. Room was perfectly clean and bed very comfortable.

A small improvement could be done in the bathroom with better shower gel and soap, instead of one shot sample size soap poaches. The shower head could be fixed higher or at least adjustable.

The electrical points are not of good quality. The wardrobe coat hanging facility is at higher level and it may not be usable for people are of Medium height. There is no place to keep suitcase. Otherwise the hotel is comfortable and the location is very good
