A pleasant stay in the old town.

A smart apartment in the centre of the old town. It is a clean bright apartment close to attractions and a supermarket. The hosts were very helpful although we never met. I’d recommend it for those without mobility issues although there are only about 10 steps to conquer.

Fantastic authentic medieval building with super modern kitchen and bath.

The large apartment is in a palazzo with a medieval ceiling. Television disappears into a mirror. Location- fantastic next to San Lorenzo. Medieval building with cool ultra modern touches. Loved everything about it.

We had everything we needed in this apartment and we were very happy to be so centrally located.

Excellent location. Lovely apartment that has been renovated tastefully with a lovely blend of old and modern features. The video showing how to gain entry was really helpful and made it very easy to get into the apartment. Elena kept in contact with us via WhatsApp and was quick to answer any questions we had.

I had expected that the sofa bed was in a sitting room that was completely separate from the bedroom but the two rooms are actually connected.

Lovely apartment in a central location

Lovely spacious apartment in the heart of the old town, very close to the cathedral. Loved the wooden beam ceiling and large bathroom. Hosts were very welcoming, made everything easy

The location is amazing. The bed is super comfortable and the bathroom is very high end.

Street lights a bit bright through the windows and it's a little hard to find the gate if your arrive very late and it's dark and raining

The apartment was beautiful, a perfect mix of modern and old Italy. Good central location, beautiful memory foam bed. Surroundings were quiet. Hosts kept in regular contact with instructions and questions on how they can further accommodate us. Really comfortable stay, I 100% recommend.

Being a light sleeper, the light pollution from a lamp outside was very bright through the thin curtains so I struggled to sleep without something over my eyes. So if you're a light sleeper who struggles to sleep with light pollution, you should bring some form of eye mask to help. Other than that the apartment was perfect in every way.

Perfect property in an incredible location.

The property was exceptional. a very traditional feel but modernised perfectly balanced between traditional and modern day.

The app was very nice and spacious, a tasteful mix of modern and antique, hence the name.

The location was perfect, right in the middle of the old town, on a tiny square two steps fm the cathedral and a few more fm Porto Antico. Our hosts were very nice and helpful, thanks a lot once again

Can’t emphasise how brilliant and accommodating Claudio and Elena were. Both their apartment and communication are exceptional and I will 100% be back.

Beautiful appartment in great location for reasonable money. Highly recommend!

It's a beautiful place, located in the old town, 5 minutes walk to all the attractions. The apartment itself is amazing- located in very old building, but with all the modern amenities. The marriage of old and new inside it was perfect. Bed is big and comfy (doesn't look like it on pics, but it is big), there were enough pillows and blankets to keep you warm and cozy. The place was very clean and tidy, very well lit, the windows are amazingly soundproof- although the area in general is very quiet, there was some karaoke going on in a nearby bar, but we could barely hear them through closed windows. I personally loved the old wardrobe, ceiling and old furniture but also designer kitchen chairs and marble bathroom sink. The check in was easy and effortless, we even got videos of how to get to the place, which proved very handy, as the old town is a labirynth :) The contact with hosts was perfect, they answered all the questions and were very helpful all the time.

It's my first time I write here- zero reservations, all was perfect :)

Stay with confidence.

The location and the building are outstanding. Its central in the historic quarter. Within metres you will find all your vacation needs. Including delicious food outlets, supermarkets, green groceries, bars etc. The apartment is from 1150 with ceiling timbers from 1200, now sympathetically restored. Its very well equipped, kitchen, bathroom, TVs, apple computer and WiFi.

modernly furnished, comfortable apartment right in the heart of the city.

Location to port and town. All within a couple of minutes walk. Able to leave luggage as we had an evening flight. didn’t meet owner but communication through what’s app all good.

The only suggestion I would have is for a small coffee table in the lounge area for stinks and nibbles.

Lovely 3 night stay

Beautiful apartment in a 14th century building right in the centre of town…yet set away! Interiors very modern and tastefully done but in keeping with the age of the property. Harbour, palazzi, museums and excellent restaurants all within easy access. Metro and buses within walking distance. Elena kept in touch with us through the stay making sure we were comfortable. All in all just what we wanted from a city break.

The famous San Lorenzo church opposite us was under repair, the facade covered in scaffolding 🙁

modern clean spacious apartment

We stayed three nights. It was clean spacious with all the facilities you would expect. good shower, comfortable bed and amazingly quiet considering it is in the centre of a city. Modern facilities throughout. We were sent a video to guide us ti the property which worked very well for us. We were also given a code to get through the entrance gate and the door to the apartment We didn’t actually meet any staff hence the lower rating fir that aspect but honestly we didn’t need to. would thoroughly recommend a stay her.

Modern interior in a historical building, clean, spacious, comfortable and host was accessible

Located in the historical center near sites but off a quiet piazza. Host was easy to communicate with and the apartment was spacious, modern, and clean. Bed was comfortable, bathroom large, and kitchen well stocked.

Dreamy location with a very authentic apartment

Location and the apartment itself was like a dream in Genova. Perfect accomodation with the kid since sofa was a pull out prepared with sheets,etc. Coffee capsules were the bonus.contacts got back immediately for questions.

All was great but one small detail. Floors were really not mobbed all the way but such a small detail in the whole wonderful place. Definitely recommend it for couples and families.

Amazing apartment with all that we needed; great location in old city; simple instructions how to get in.

Breakfast was very poor. I wish you can offer eggs, yogurt, some cheese or ham slices. Just croissants and muffins is not ok :(
