The room was fine apart from uncomfortable bed
I didn't like the guy who obviously thought it was extremely annoying to talk to someone who couldn't speak English. Quite a few annoyances but not enough room on here to tell 🤷‍♀️

I had problems with the internet connection. The room was small and not well equipped.

the room was very confortable and organized with air conditioner included. the staff was super gentle and very friendly to solve all the little inconveniences. we just been in there one time and was the same good experience. We are very happy to chose this place again in the future!

The B&B is located a few minutes from the beach, market and several good restaurants.
The photos of the rooms available on the website are true, nice and helpful owners, good value for money.

Loved this place! staff is really nice and it’s a very comfortable place to stay. Great room, really close to the beach and a very warm atmosphere.
Wifi connection could be improved, if you’re on a work trip, I would recommend some other place.

All's good! Next time I'd like to spend here more then one night

The room was quite spacious. The wifi good, nice bathroom - very clean. Booking in was easy. If was not just an overnight stop then the location for the beach was great.
Breakfast was average. The room was cold,

Great value for the money
Coffee in plastic cups :(

very friendly staff, helping me with ideas and bus schedule
Gianola welcome card gives you -10% on restaurant visits!
there's a book shelf where you can borrow books in Italian, english and german
Breakfast is served only on plastic - better for the environment would be real dishes and cups!
I would have liked to know the bus number and the bus stop to get there from the train station - could be indicated on the website!

Quite well located, not too far from the sea. Although staff was speaking very limited English, they were very nice and friendly.
There was a light blinking outside throughout the night which made sleeping uncomfortable. Hairdryer was broken in the room. Breakfast was very limited and there were no fresh items, poor quality.

Super clean rooms, kind staff, nice breakfast, beach is not far- for the small amount of money! I'l come there again.

Gianola is a find. The sea is good and pleasant for kids (if a little boring for grown ups). There's excellent for to be found at many restaurants in the area between Minturno and Gaeta, but you need a car to visit everything. There are much better beaches only 10 mins drive away. Even the small supermarkets have a great selection of prepared foods (local pies, true mozzarella, excellent olives, seafood).
The road in front is, for some reason, very popular with cars, despite being narrow and having barely anywhere for pedestrians to walk.
Not the host's fault, but the phone signal was terrible almost everywhere in town. That meant being unreachable and without internet at random times during the day. The accommodation has decent wifi which makes up for it a little, but otherwise connectivity was a major dent in our vacation experience.

The location is perfect for a few days at the local beach. Well accessible and very nice. The room is good for a night sleep and well kept. The Staff is also very friendly and accommodating. Very good value of quality vs price. Thanks!!

The room was really clean, there is nothing bad to say.
The location is pretty close to the beach, that is basically what you need being in Formia.
The staff was really helpful. The person who is responsible for check-in and check-out replied quickly to my messages.
It’s written that there is Wi-Fi in the whole area, but honestly, it is so weak, that my mobile Internet was faster. At the same time there are two TV sets in the apartment. Who needs TV these days, make the Internet faster instead.
The kitchen/dinning area is big, there are stove, dishes and etc., BUT no microwave or kettle. I understand if you rent that place for a month or you come to leave there with a big family, then you’ll probably cook something from time to time, but when you are there for a few days or even a week, you need essential stuff as a kettle and microwave. Plus, no tea, coffee or water and I haven’t seen any grocery store around, that was disappointing.
Another disadvantage of that place is sound isolation. You will sleep well during a night (if your housemates are quiet), but you’ll be definitely woken up by someone walking or talking outside of your “apartment” or on the next floor.
Breakfast was really light - some pastry and tea/coffee - not enough for a man, for sure :-)
And please note (it’s not about the guesthouse, but Formia in general), there is basically nothing to do expect going to the sea and if the weather is bad you are in trouble.

Comfortable and clean room. Good sweet breakfast with homemade cake. Very kind owners. Peacefull area. Close to natural park.

Location close to the beach and not far form Formia downtown. Also, is very near the Olympic training center. The construction is pretty new, the room very clean and equipped with air conditioning, TV, table, complimentary bottles of water, towels of all sorts. The bed was a queen size one, clean and quite comfortble The bathroom is absolutely clean and new, with a big nice shower and complimentary soaps of good quality. Overall, the owners went the extra mile to offer a nice stay to their guests. In Gianola is plenty of nice places where to stroll after a beach day, or eat and dine. Also, there is a well furnished supermarket nearby, and not far all the services of a well functioning city.
