Great location

The location was great, right next to the Pacific Mall, for the price I expected a little bit more amenities.

I did not like the room, it was a very random layout and felt cold ie. no decorations or anything to brighten up the room!

I would stay here again!

The staff were so efficient and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and had all the space I needed. Location was perfect as it was close to all my meetings and work places.

Enjoyable and it is definitely a top choice for accommodation if visiting office in SCBD.

The ala carte breakfast was superb. Room is kept clean everyday.

All is good.

Small Changes would make a Big Difference

The rest of my stay has been pleasant with very efficient and attentive staff.

The 3-legged stool in the room is a safety hazard it's not stable and both of us fell off it twice! Please consider to change it as this would pose danger to more fragile guests. The twin room although spacious, is still an inconvenient layout especially if housekeeping wants to get to the curtains they would have to step ON the bed before they can reach it! This is really unhygienic!

Superb

The hotel was much better than I thought it was going to be. The staff were excellent and could not do enough for you. Breakfast was excellent also.

Expensive and not that comfortable

Noisy room Furnishings were a bit cheap Phone was broken in the room and the plugs didn’t hold my uk plug adaptor - it was too heavy for it to stay in Food was average and I was served mouldy bread for breakfast I had to wait 2.5hrs for room service

Very very very very bad

All the food by Vong kitchen is good (Breakfast & Dinner). In room dining is also good. The location is of course near everywhere cause it's on SCBD area.

Unfortunately many things that really bad compared with my last stay on November 2021. The room that I booked for King type is the same with regular room that I've stayed before. So, I paid more for New year with the same room on my last stay and I located with the same floor with Covid 19 Quarantine people without any information before. In terms of security is also very bad because people can access to several floors. The pool and Gym is crowded with Covid 19 staff and they are using the facilities, so my whole family cannot use the pool. In conclusion, there are no improvements and sadly it become much worse than my last stay. Thanks!!!

All good but there still a room for improvement between staff coordination

The room is quite comfy and tidy. Love the pool. Breakfast is very good and also the room dining is also good. Location for sure is the best!!!!

Breakfast is good but there was some confusion with the waiters on my 2 last day breakfast cause they said it need to be paid but i've already booked the room include breakfast, my 1st breakfast there is no issue. So, I think between the Front Office and Vong Kitchen there still some issue that need to be improved with system and coordination.

Pleasant

Great location, very strategic and close to all landmarks and venues. Highly recommend Vong restaurant and the bar for cocktails. Very clean and sanguine room.

Guest reception and front office was literally absent when I arrived my luggage and went to the reception desk. No tour of the room given when I entered, difficult to find all the light switches since the design concept is dark/dusky, Wifi wasnt working and the server needed to be rebooted although this took a few calls to reception who offered an answer that it might be because I dont use an Apple laptop?? and they have different channels for different systems on their wifi (Really?) Generally I think they mean well and are trying to show their best snazzy chic manner but I found it not helpful/beneficial and professional especially for my expectation of this quality and price of the hotel. Pillows were rather flat and the doors/walls were very thin so I can hear noises from the alley and other rooms.

Very good

The pool was open for public for a baby swimming course so it wasn’t very pleasant to see that many people especially during the pandemic

great stay in the central business district jakarta

the room was squeaky clean, the design is cool and we really like the bathroom. the service was great, there are a lot of restaurants in the building that we can order from room service.

nothing except the price was very expensive, but it's understandable since it is located in the center business area in Jakarta

It was splendid. Love the surroundings and property. Great staffs.

Great facility, friendly staffs, comfortable bed, perfect location to explore coffee shops, restos, nightlife and shopping.

No house keeping responding to the ‘clean up the room’ notification:(

Exceptional

The location is very good. Right in front of Big shopping mall. Room service was very tasty, I strongly recommend it.

I couldn't use the beautiful swimming pool, be afraid of COVID 19 I'm so sorry about it.
