Would not stay here again

Location

Tired hotel with minimal hospitality. Shower was blocked, noisy aircon (reported & not fixed) which made it really hard to sleep. Room was very dark & dingy.

This is a very cute hotel in an old heritage building. Lovely furnishings and an excellent restaurant and bar.

No breakfast was included, had to purchase it, and the pastries were stale. Staff were unfriendly, and the room had a drainage issue. Very expensive considering no breakfast, pool, gym, etc. and average service.

good after some changes to room

Staff are lovely and attentive - very approachable and action-oriented when I identified issues. Excellent food and bakery. Super location.

first room (prior to change) - small room, no desk (not conducive to business travellers) and the sink/mirror being outside the bathroom was pretty weird. Blocked bathroom drain and geckos in the room were not good. After the room change, things were better with a desk, better amenities and cleaner premises

Slept well, but won't come again.

Mattress was very comfortable. Great decor. My wife and I like the option of four different pillows. Really well located.

Bathtub leaks, stopper does not make a seal. Rain shower head needs de-scaling. Shower area has mould between tiles. In room broucher is in tatters. In room menu is not updated, had to be disturbed after placing order to be notified the items were no longer available, and the price had gone up a lot. We somehow werent allowed in the private bar (for hotel guest and members only), although it clearly states that hotel guest can enter on their website and on the in room broucher. Sink had hair from previous guest or house keeping. Front door wasn't managed at times.

hotel is so special. atmosphere and interior is unique. location is nice because its close to senipati area

I think they provide shower holder for bath room. i saw dirty one in the bath room

Superb

The room was extremely beautiful and comfy. The service was obviously exceptional. It was strategically located near the SCBD with many restaurants and hangout places.

First time in Indonesia

The room was comfortable and water bottles were provided each day. Water was hot and there was a quick water heater to boil water. Toilet had a bidet. Bed was comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly.

Breakfast not included in the price. Water in shower didn't drain. Dinner in hotel was expensive and low quantities.

OK for short stays but for longer stays might be a little claustrophobic.

Disappointing

There were mosquitoes in the room and the first night that i took a shower there, the entire bathroom floor was flooded and it was gross. The Wifi was also poor

Good

Restaurant was exceptional, our meal was one of the best we’ve had in Indonesia. The bar and general ground floor area was also very good. Room design was nice also. An easy walk to Ashta District 8

The hotel felt like an afterthought from the restaurant. Our room key stopped working twice which was a bit annoying.

We had a beautiful staycation

The staff are excellent The location is superb The restaurant at the ground floor has a wonderful vibe and good food The room is well appointed and interestingly designed

The carpets in the stairs and the hallways could be vacuumed more often

need more facilities, maybe small pool for guest to relax with sauna or steam

It would've been perfect should you serve buffet for breakfast and sport facility such as swim pool.

The comfy bed and the very unique style of interior of our bedroom. So nice.

The breakfast. We expected to have buffet for breakfast instead of ala carte. And the taste of the food was just so so.
