nicely renovated breakfast area as well as pool and terraces.
weird sun lounger system. you need to pay for the Sun loungers at the pool and sometimes for the front row beach sun loungers. and at peak season you might not even get one

The hotel and surroundings were very clean . We loved the pool area . The beach was nice too but we didn’t spend much time there . The breakfast was excellent, with a great choice of good food . Dinner on the terrace was just perfect , the choice & quality of food was amazing , and the staff were so friendly, helpful & professional. michell the barman is a very knowledgeable Barman and made us some great cocktails , as did the other ladies . Paulo on reception was lovely and gave us some great tips on things to do in the area . All the Reception staff were great and made our holiday in Jesolo very special .The super staff and the facilities at the Orient & Pacific made for a very enjoyable stay in Jesolo.
Can’t think of anything major , but I wasn’t keen on the colour of the glass on the balcony .

The hotel is modern and very clean. It is on the beach and close to one of the main streets with a lot of restoraunts etc. The breakfast is very tasty with fresh different products.

The rooms were clean and the staff was superb. They handled the whole COVID situation rather well.
The location was good and the organization of everything (getting the sun beds, bikes, arranging trips…) was super easy.
We rented a room for 3 people and per description a balcony was included. The actual size of the balcony and the room was the real issue. We fit 1 chair on the balcony and a second one was half in the room and half on the balcony because it was so small. We also were not able to fit our luggage (1 medium sized trolley per person) or even our wet towels anywhere. We tried to get a solution but the hotel was not able to find one / did not put much effort in solving the problem. We did stay simply because the other hotels did not have free rooms either. Kind of put a massive damper on the “relaxing” vacation….

The food was delicious. The best hotel dinner we have ever had.
The swimming pool is heated but it could be a few degrees warmer, especially on cold days.
