Hotel is ideally situated for those travelling on Brittany ferries with a dog. Open space opposite

The hotel coped very well with us having a pet -evening meal served in the bar with our dog and breakfast. Excellent.

A great place to stay in Plymouth. We would stay there again.

Breakfast was great - the scrambled eggs and smoked salmon were delicious and unexpected. Pleasant friendly service. The room was spacious and bright.

I’ve stayed here almost every month for the last 1.5 years and not sure I will be back with the room that I was issued,

the room was not fit to have a guest in bathroom was smelly, rusted shower storage unit, cracks in wall, no towel hook behind door, not sure which was shampoo and shower gel, 2 single beds pushed together and not a double bed so might as well have booked a single bed so not very comfortable

Easy to find, beautiful room, well equipped staff were welcoming, friendly and really couldn’t do enough for you.

Fantastic stay

The staff/management were all exceptional, so friendly, helpful, The room which was the best room that they had (I am a snob,I like the best rooms).was clean, everything that I needed was there in the room .

Perfect location, very good overall, would book first floor next time.

The breakfast was cooked to order. Great menu, lots of choice. Staff very friendly. They allowed us to leave later on departure day due to illness. Perfect location for the Hoe!!

The bed base looked shabby, fixing was undone, the duvet cover was split in the seam. The second floor has a lot of stairs! No fridge or water in the room.

bed was very comfortable, and breakfast was amazing, they catered for gluten free easily.

the shower was barely like warm and no matter how I moved the dial, I couldn’t get a hot shower.

Memorable and an important point in my life.

I ordered dinner a bit late but the receptionist Francis still tried to get me my meal through the hotel and I absolutely liked that. Everyone was hospitable and let me stay in the lounge even after I checked out since I had to sort some things before I moved into my accommodation. I also got to meet the owners Roy and Betty who were really sweet and kind to everyone. Roy is a good conversationalist.

There was nothing to dislike. I wish I could stay for longer and would absolutely visit it when the holidays roll around.

Lovely welcoming hotel. Stayed here at short notice after being let down by another accommodation and a great find! Easy parking, great location and lovely breakfast included.
