Great location
Shower was a bit temperamental

We stayed in the topmost floor. We were only 3 in the group but our room was big enough for 4! There was big enough space even for our luggage. Short walk to the opera metro station and a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Special mention to Gregory at the reception for being so pleasant and polite and even helping us with our luggages.
Their elevator only reached the 4th floor and the stairs to our room was steep. Although this was expected and truly thankful to Gregory for helping us with our luggage.

location, cleanliness
room tiny and there was an unnecessary extra bed that made it hard to move around room. No outlets near bed to charge phone, no outlet near kettle so I had to put kettle on extra bed to use the only outlet which was unsafe & inconvenient. Also didn’t replace coffee & creamer.

It was too hot, and couldnt regulate the temperature, no air in the room

The bed was very comfortable.
Staff is nice.
- We made a reservation for the twin room, in the pictures and tge description there's nothing saying that you will share two rooms with a complete stranger, which just a little door wil separate the rooms.
Alwe couldn't talk because the door was so old, that the neighbour would hear everything. In the mornibg we could hear his phone, him talking or just random things.
They gave us a upgrade on the room which didn't had that door in between these 2 rooms.
They really should close that door with a wall.
- we found in our room medications from the anterior guest and socks under the bed, no no disturb sign in our room.

The workers were very lovely and helpful
The room was so small and the bathroom was huge. No space for our things, even not a closet.
Looks much bigger in the pictures

The location is im the very center of Paris, you are just 3 minutes away from the opera!
our room was rather small for 2 people, there was almost no space for two luggages. I think rhey have bigger rooms too, I would explicitely aks for a bigger one.

the location, but there are hundreds of good located hotels! please don’t be fooled by the photos and lies this property make!
Room and furniture does not match with the photograph on the booking. Too small, old furniture, sink was very uncomfortable, it was 15 cm wide and water kept splashing on me while I was using it.
Room I got was between floors, so I had to carry my baggage up and down thru stairs and no one asked me if I need help with that.
Promised to clean, haven’t clean at all in 3 days…
1st day I arrived, hotel worker told me that breakfast is included in price, when I was checking out another worker told me it costed 15€ and I refused to pay. (breakfast was very humble and coffee machine doesn’t work)
When I was complaining about my room, they offered me a room for +120€ and it was on the last floor, so I would have to go 2 extra floors by stairs, because elevator doesn’t go there.
2nd day of my stay a friend of mine came to chat with me in the lobby and the man on the reception got mad. he was very inappropriate and kept throwing the keys of my room to the desk. After all he told me visitors cant enter the hotel in the late hours. There could be that kind of a rule, I don’t know really, no one warned me as usual.. And it would be okay if the man was polite, but he was very aggressive and inappropriate.
I really don’t recommend that place for stay.

good location, quiet during the night, comfy bed
only small but the bath plug did not fit the plug hole so the water would empty straight away.

Staff was always very friendly and helpful. The location is great and not that noisy as you could expect at that central area. Lot of cafes, restaurants, bars, shops around and the big park Tuileries is in walking distance.
The lift goes only till 4th floor and it was a bit difficult for us with the baby and bags to climb further every time.

Perfect location, great price, comfortable bed and all the standard facilities a hotel should provide.
The breakfast was suboptimal. Was not made clear that it was not included in the price, if we knew then we would have went elsewhere for breakfast everyday. The eggs tasted rotten and dry everyday, however good selection of bread, croissants, coffee, fruit and juice.
The layout in the bathroom was very awkward and made a lot of mess with water when showering as no glass.
When I called the reception I was greeted with ‘what?’ And not a ‘hello’. I would have expected a more polite or welcoming response.

The bathroom shower was a bathtub with the ceiling so low it was uncomfortable to shower.

The location was great with walking distance to lots of sightseeings, over all it was ok for 2-3 nights visit if you are not planning to stay much in the hotel.
Room service and daily cleaning could be better and the elevator didn’t run till 5th floor, had to tKe 1 floor in stairs, also it was a little weird as you had to lock your room with a key instead of key card and give the key to reception while leaving the hotel

Nice surrounding area, with close metro links.
Quiet road, hardly any noise.
Staff super friendly and helpful!!! Remembered everything and was greeted well, went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable.
Room was great for us, good amount of everything, AC was amazing.
Room did seem a bit crowded with things, prices of minibar not stated so nervous to use it.
Not really much, greatly enjoyed stay.

We had a very comfy stay with amazing staff. The location is perfect and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
We couldn’t sleep well due to the noise from the other rooms. When other guests would arrive in the night or talk/laugh, it would really transfer to our room and it sounded like they were in our room. Besides that everything was good.

Excellent location. Delightful staff. Comfortable room.
Bathroom: nowhere to hang towels, no shower curtain/screen, cramped toilet space.

Loved the location.
The bed was comfortable.
Staff very nice.
Good heated room.
Room not really big with thin walls hearing the small children next room crying a lot in the first night stay.
2.0 / 5.0
Kind and professional stuff. Location is excellent.
In my single room the toilet is in the room, and no lifting whatsoever.
Once you go out from your room you must be lucky not to fall down, as the door is situated in such a way that it is a miracle if you do not fall down and break your hip.
