Gute Lage, sauber, freundlich. Alles in allem nichts zu meckern. So einem großen Hotelzimmer könnte mensch durch einen großen, bunten Kunstdruck allerdings noch etwas Freundlichkeit einhauchen.
Karge Deko. Flair geht anders.

Excellent hotel and location. No zircon in rooms and the temperature was very warm (37C by day)

The location of the hotel is perfect. There is a free parking. Rooms are big enough. The bed is comfortable.
The breakfast is not good enough. There isn't a big choice what you eat.

Beautiful historic hotel in the heart of the old town. Reception was super helpful - Till went out of his way to sort out a problem we were having with finding a Covid testing place in the next town, and was always cheerful. Lovely spacious room with view over the square. Good breakfast and again friendly staff.

Very original hotel, it feels like the hotel has an interesting history. Clean, quality bedclothes and quality furniture. Good restaurant at the hotel and delicious breakfast. Polite and friendly staff

It was ok - I am spoiled and like a hot breakfast.
Parking - I came late and night and no one was there to tell how to get into the tiefgarage - I drove down the steep drive and then saw it was locked - I had to back up on ice and scraped my auto getting out. I should have checked first but I could not see the barrier from the top

it’s been a few years since I was able to stay here. Front desk staff remembered me and made me feel very welcome. Some nice upgrades since last time. Enjoyed the new restaurant. Very nice breakfast
nothing in particular

Very friendly personnel, super clean, a lot of (fairly spoken not needed or "nice to have") features like disposable tooth brush. 24/7 Check-In Maschine, Key-Card Hotel and room access. The room service is good, nice little sauna and they serve good food for reasonable prices at the Hotel's restaurant.
For more than 80€ I didn't even get a double bed, the rooms are not cosy nor nice to reside in. I have stayed in many 40€ B&Bs which where significantly nicer and super cosy. The parking situation is horrible. Be prepared to park far away from the Hotel (although they state free parking its super limited numbers of parking slots and basically always occupied). I didn't like the disposable tooth brush and paste, the little cosmetics kit and all the "nice-to-have-but-nobody-needs gadgets" that are all a waste of resources and in times of severe ecological problems everywhere a super poor statement. The menu at the Hotel's restaurant is just insanely huge - unsympathetic and necessarily to the cost of quality. The WIFI was slow and limited to 300mb/day. I last experienced this 15 years ago - an absolute NO GO. The breakfast was not organised well, the personnel overwhelmed, it only started at 8am (way too late for anyone who's working - I couldn't believe it) and it's absolutely not at all suitable for vegans - that's just embarrassing and ignorant for 2021. The Hotel in my opinion perfectly fits into the "quantity over quality" category. For the price of more than 80€ per night I am very, very disappointed about the bad price-quality ratio.

Tiny but beautiful town and the hotel is located in its heart. Friendly staff, comfortable room, very clean bathroom. I definitely recommend.

The room was an apartment with separate bedroom and living room. We asked for a fridge because of the dog food and it was provided free of charge! Used automatic checkin when arrived, which was very comfortable and without any problem. The room was very spacious (both), also the bathroom, with wide sink. We were only surprised, that in so huge bathroom was no bathtub, because it would fit without any problem, Instead there was a shower corner, which was quite small. Beds were super comfortable, all floors covered with thick comfy carpet.
Hotel restaurant is amazing, the food there was top quality and great taste, so I can only recommend it. But give a chance to the castle restaurant on the hill (except Monday), they also cook amazing.
There is free internet in the hotel, no problem with that, but it works upon web registration, which needs to be repeated every time you want to connect. Also it is not possible use device, which cannot open the web registration, so only phones / tablets / pc, but not special devices.
Breakfast was kind of simple, just some bakery, cheese, jam, yogurt, juice, but no warm options except hard boiled eggs. I guess it was because of very few guests and corona limitations. But we were offered hot cocoa instead of coffee, when didn't want the coffee, which we appreciated very much. The bakery was very good, fresh, so no problem with that.

The services. The check-in and check-out is quick and easy, the staff is very friendly. The room is also very comfortable and clean, including the bathroom. A comfortable restful night is what a traveller wants and this hotel definitely provides it well!
The noise outside after 10pm but it's not too terrible if the night is cold enough to keep the windows closed

Very nice, clean and tidy. We can park our car for free and it’s closed to the town center.
