Great location, excellent restaurant in hotel, nice decor, friendly service
The room and bed I was first given were too small. But I was given a larger room and bed for the last three days. I wish I had asked for a change earlier in my stay,

Nothing to dislike! Fantastic room, Delicious food. Excellent Breakfasts Charming friendly staff. Spotlessly clean. Wonderful!!!

Ideal location, easy walking distance to all the sights in Krakow old town.
Pleasant property, comfortable room, good breakfast.
4.5
Awesome location, very quiet street right in the Krakow centre. Room and breakfast were ok. Orangery with drinks machine was very nice and atmosperic place.
Weird smell in the room. Room was very dark, not enough light at all. Bathroom was very small and water from sink was constantly dripping on the floor, we had to use our towels to soak that water because otherwise water will be all over the bathroom floor.

Location was very good. It was near the old town and the castle, Kazimierz etc.
The room was dirty and smelly. The carpet was old and stained (there were no available slippers when we asked for some) and the bed, that was supposed to be a double bed, was two single beds pushed together with a wooden bar in the middle. There was no fitted sheet on the bed and the mattress was exposed. I have been itching since the first day we stayed at that hotel. The bathroom has one fixed shower head that doesn't help if you want to keep your hair dry or if you have a child you need to bathe. There's a dispenser for a general purpose soap. There is no kettle in the room nor a cup, and you are not allowed to plug one in, so in our case we weren't able to make the baby's milk without leaving the room. There is no ramp at the entrance, only some stairs, so you have to carry the stroller up. It is generally not very accessible. We were also given only one key for a 2 adult bedroom.
The breakfast was awful and inconsistent, felt like whatever was left from the previous day we were served the next.
Staff was okay, a bit unwilling to resolve any issues.
We have also mysteriously lost 2 things that we haven't found yet..
Generally, a VERY outdated hotel that is definitely overpriced. One would think that at these prices they'd have a budget to renovate it.
The only good thing is the location, but several other options in the area.

Hotel located very centrally so many sites were within walking distance and the tram system was excellent. There was a really good selection of food for breakfast to suit all tastes.

location
no bar or lounge area to sit in which was sociable. I didn’t want to be sick in an upstairs room away for everyone
need skytv for some English channels

Location was great for our holiday.
A short walk one direction takes you into the main square and a little bit further in the opposite direction will have you at the castle.
Plenty of choice for restaurants, bars, cafes etc in and around this location.
The hotel was quiet, clean and staff were very friendly.
4.5
The hotel is good and in the centre of the city. Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful and friendly. The desk was big and good for working. The room was very quiet.
The room was a bit small but sufficient.

great breakfast lot of options like cheese & ham, orange juice which tasted amazing, delicous and tasty rolls, they even had good deserts during breakfast. dinner dishes they had from 14-22 did not have much i liked had only pirrog with meat. so had to eat in other resturants. i wish my room was soundproof a lot racket and kids running in hallways what a hell very annoying. was like this for 2 days. staff was great and friendly of course.

The location was great, neari the main square, but also a short distance from the castle. The staff were always helpful and friendly. Also, I tried the lunch at the restaurant on the last day, and it was excellent. The breakfast buffet was also quite good. I imagine the Orangery must be great in the summer, although it was not probably at its best when I saw it in the winter.
The room was quite dated, specifically the decor, and the carpet looked well worn, to say the least. Also, the single room was a lot smaller than I imagined from the photo on Booking. . I did, on the other hand, really like the bathroom, especially the walk-in shower, which made up for the room.

service, comfort, location
cannot think of any significant issues

It was my third stay with this hotel. It is in an excellent location, in the heart of the Old Town within a short walking distance to the main attractions, yet on a quiet street. The restaurant at the ground level is very good, as is the breakfast.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The room was not very large, but comfortable. The public spaces have lots of charm, with cozy seating areas.
The only issue I can think about was a somewhat unstable WiFi.
4.5
location, helpful staff,quiet, comfy
lack of toaster (broken apparently)
4.5
Excellent all around

the location is great, close to the castle and the Runen. we could take bus and trams at all times from different directions close to the hotel
it is old fashioned hotel, thick carpet on the floor and bad air in the rooms. also the main building was always smelling after some Collings as the hotel restaurant was running throughout the day for externals as well. also the breakfast was not providing enough options for non meat eaters.
4.5
The breakfast is really good. The bed and AC are not that good and comfortable
Bed mattress is not that comfortable and AC is not that chill. These 2 areas can be improved
4.5
Excellent location, at the heart of the Old Town yet on a quiet pretty street.
The room was comfortable, the staff very friendly and the breakfast satisfying
4.5
There is a good backyard, location and breakfast at the hotel.
The lift doesn't work properly and you need to carry your luggage by your own. The roll of toilet paper wasn't full, carpet was dirty with someone 's hair band. There was humidity in the room all the time. It's not worth its money.
