Die Lage entscheidet

Die Lage des Hotels war überaus zentral, man konnte alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig sehr gut erreichen. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und die Zimmer waren sehr groß und wurden auch nach Wunsch täglich gereinigt.

Das Frühstück war für mich, als sehr viel in Polen reisenden nicht der Standard den man in Polen von Frühstück kennt. Es gab keinerlei Abwechslung beim Frühstück. Der Frühstücksraum war leider nur durch eine sehr steile Treppe zu erreichen, was ältere Menschen vor eine Herausforderung stellt. Die Zimmer war etwas sehr lieblos gestaltet.

Месторасположение, чистота. 4 раз в отеле, завтрак хороший как для 3х *, но за последние три месяца стал скромнее. Кофе невкусный.

Гель для душа и шампунь были вскрыты и наполовину пустые, в этом отеле столкнулись первый раз

Convenient but noisy location.

The room was clean and had no trace of wear and tear. The location was good at daytime, close to everything. The door looked like a safety door and there was no noice from the corridor or other rooms. Good bed, cosy and modern room.

I felt as if I was the only guest in an abandoned building. The window was in the roof and unable to close. It was very noisy with a bar outside, it was screaming, cheering and sound of sirens. The sound was as if inside the room and with that I missed 2 nights sleep. The breakfast was not wow and the coffe could have been way stronger.

Truly a gem!

We couldn't have wished for a better stay. The staff were lovely, the room was huge and super clean, the breakfast was excellent, and so was the location. We hope to be back!

Excellent location in the old town, just two blocks from the main square. Big rooms, convinient bed, very good breakfast, very kind staff. This hotel sould have 4 star.

The breakfast is superb, with lots of variety to satisfy all tastes. Staff were friendly and helpful. And the location within the Old City, and only 10 minutes' walk from the railway and bus stations, is perfect.

My only slight quibble is that the supply of tea and coffee in the room is very stingy - only enough for a single cup in 24 hours and with powdered creamer instead of milk.

Absolutely perfect location. Close to the city center and walking distance to the main attractions. Professional Staff and very kind and efficient. Rooms clean and as depicted in the photos. Excellent and generous breakfast buffet. In addition the offer you a free visit to S. Mary Basilica

Minor things like a missing soap holder and some difficulties in closing the windows shades in the roof. No impact on the stay

Everything perfect. A couple of minutes away from main square. Nice ambience. Enormous room and delicious breakfast. They even provide you with bottles of water in the room. Nothing to complain about.

Awesome place to stay in Krakow!

The room was very big and pretty. Location was amazing, very close to the Main Market Square. We got vouchers for free entry to see the altar of Wit Stwosz. Breakfast was incredible. The cook was an artist. The breakfast was really a piece of art every day.

There was nothing like that. I loved everything.
