the property is beautiful and the view is amazing, lovely plants and live music at night
the services could have been better, such as you have to pay to use the safe in your own room. parking and tourist taxes are seperate to the cost, and the stairs are fine but you need to be able- bodied to get up them from the main town. if you are disabled for example you would have to take the long way around
3.0
Beautiful hotel, but caters more for French, we were from Ireland 🇮🇪, so different music and entertainment would be nice
The steps leading down to the main town were very unkempt, lots of leaves and dirt,it would be nice also to have tea and coffee facilities in the rooms.

1.the hotel is situated on a hill most of the rooms have an 180-200 degree view of Lloret. there are rooms with a 270* view.
2. the pool is awesome and the poolbar
3. food
1.as mentioned earlier, the hotel is on a hill so that means you have to walk/ take the steps. there is an elevator i the next hotel but you still have to walk to the next hotel.
2. the hotel looks old. there are many renovations but it still looks old. the style is a little like a spanish Shining Hotel.
3. for a half board price, i found the wine list pretty expensive.

If the great food, a nice view, beauty and design of the building and the garden are top values for you when you choose a hotel, then this hotel suits you.
We had a halfboard and both, breakfast and dinner were exceptional. Next time I would choose lunch, too. No drinks included during the dinner, that is a pity, water should be available all the time. You have wide selection of meals, they are not repeating from day to day, all looks fresh and is very delicious.
We enjoyed a pool, too. It is an aesthetic pleasure to be there, any point of view is beautiful. The pool is rather big and it has a small corner for 2-4 years old kids.
The building of the hotel looks like a classical villa, pines around it perfectly complement it. It is not new, but you could see that in the rooms. The lobby, restaurant, pool area impress.
The staff war very patient, cheerful and polite.
Rooms are a bit old, especially bathrooms. And floor was not really clean. The rooms with a garden view are overlooking a parking slot, where garbage is collected. This is not a part of the hotel, so I do not really know how the hotel could improve this.
To get to the beach you need to use steep stairs (not less then 200 steps), but it would be ok, if somebody would clean them, they left an impression of abandoned place. Garbage, old leaves.
Strange to see fake bags in the lobby for sale. It is ok to sell something authentic, from the region, some souvenirs. But not fake Gucci?
It would be great if there was a swing or something similar for kids. That corner in the pool made our day, would be great to have something else.
All in all it was not that important and did not spoil our stay.

I liked the swimming pool, the breakfast, the view of the hotel and the bar area. The hotel is very good and the breakfast.
The bed as not good, the room cleaning could be better, the tower for the swimming pool was not easy to find out.

Hotel is located in the beautiful 19th century villa, with the nice view on the sea.
I arrived at about 11PM and had no problems with checking-in. There are several ways to go downstairs to the sea, which takes maybe 10 minutes or less. The restaurant was nice having different dishes each day. Almost everyday there were interesting shows in the evening. Many shops nearby (inc. supermarket).
Wifi coverage was really poor, almost never working in the room, but working in the hallways, restaurant and bar.
During the dinner you have to pay for the drinks, even water. Yes, it's only 2-3 EUR, but still.

I really liked the staff and the hotel itself is beautiful
I didn’t like the stairs to go up and down to get to the beach

We loved this hotel. It is the diamond in the slightly tawdry jewel that is Lloret de Mar. We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely old villa on the hilltop overlooking the sea. The interior, the exterior and the setting are classical old world Spain. The staff were all terrific and we really enjoyed dinner in the restaurant as well as the excellent breakfast. Plenty of areas to relax but unfortunately October was too cold to use the pool. Lots of parking. Would stay here again. Highly recommended.
Nothing. We liked everything about the hotel apart from its proximity to Lloret de Mar and the view to the back of the scruffy apartments along the sea front.

Room was large with a balcony and side sea view. The bathroom was also large and there was a fridge in the room. The bed was king size and comfortable. The buffet evening meal was exceptional with something to suit all tastes. The restaurant looks out over the sea and there are many other places on the premises to sit and enjoy the view or have a drink. Breakfast was as good as the evening meal. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.
We would like to have been able to reserve a parking space. The car park was very full and it would be difficult to park elsewhere as the hotel is up high.
2.5
The location was great and a stunning view of the area, hotel is picturesque with a nice pool, breakfast in the mornings was lovely
Walls were very thin and it is noisy in the mornings with cleaning staff constantly opening and closing doors and in the evenings other guests shouting when trying to sleep in and rooms were outdated, air conditioning was old and there was visible black mould on the vents, shower was boiling hot or freezing cold.
Some staff were quite rude to deal with. Renovations were being done so there was constant noise when trying to relax by the pool. It should be mentioned that you can go through the sister hotel and get an elevator down to the town as opposed to the steep steps up and down from the hotel.
Towels for the pool require a cash deposit which was not mentioned anywhere in hotel description which is a bit ridiculous when you're staying there

Unique spanish style, prosecco for the breakfast, fresh towels everyday, quality different food everyday, peace and quiet around pool area, gorgeous smell in hotel's corridors
No kettle in the rooms unless paid 20e deposit in 4 star hotel, deposit for anything to be paid in cash only

it was very pretty and well styled and designed
unfortunately the view from my room was of industrial air conditioning units which ran 24/7 and disturbed my sleep
