Zeer goede ligging hotel is zeer proper, netjes en hygiënisch Bovenop het dakterras is een mooie bar

Weinig aan te merken Zwembad bovenop het dakterras is minimaal maar heb je eigenlijk ook niet echt nodig als je gaat citytrippen

La habitación con vistas al rio y que nos dieran cama de matrimonio

El precio es un poco alto. Los hoteles ya van caros en general pero Sevilla no es Madrid o Barcelona

Hemos repetido y volveremos

Amabilidad del personal, la ubicación del hotel y lo bien que están las instalaciones para la celebración de eventos. Tienen hasta una terraza arriba donde relajarse para tomar un gin tonic y con unas vistas fantásticas.

Celebramos un evento de empresa los días 25 y 26 y la cena del 25 no estuvo a la altura de un hotel de 4 estrellas. El almuerzo del 26 bien y el desayuno estupendo.

Best location in Triana

We were upgraded to a room with a river view. Be sure to book one of these rooms with river view Easy to walk to the Triana Market , local tapas and breakfast places

Price of the parking and difficult to go in and out. we scrapped our car in doing so.

Ein sehr komfortables Hotel, aber man sollte einigermaßen gut zu Fuß sein.

Ein recht gut gelegenes Hotel mit origineller Innenarchitektur und komfortablen (Bade)Zimmern. Wir haben die Dachterrasse mit freundlichem Service und herrlichem Blick über den Fluss genossen. Durch die Lage in Triana hat man etwas Abstand vom Touristentrubel in Sevilla.

Leider hatte das Hotel keinen Parkplatz für uns, so dass wir zum nahe gelegenen Sevilla-Tower ausweichen mussten. Die Tagesgebühr von € 25 dort fanden wir recht happig. Auf das auch kostspielige Frühstücksbüfett haben wir verzichtet, ganz in der Nähe gibt es freundliche Alternativen.

Me encanto la habitación con terraza , fue excelente ir a ese hotel y conocerlo , me quedó con la pena de que no me dio tiempo a subir a la terraza pero prometo con volver , el personal fue muy amable .

Linda vista e um pequeno almoço vazio.

Localização e a vista para o rio.

O pequeno almoço. Não havia praticamente nada. Pão, salsicha, queijo e presunto e acho que 3 opções de frutas. O café com leite da maquina parecia agua suja, sem sabor nenhum. Eu que não como pão, fui obrigada a comer.

Comfortable quiet hotel convenient for city with views.

The room was very recently refurbished and thus immaculate. Lovely view over river (paid extra though). Good buffet breakfast. Aircon very quiet. Pool on roof only a little plunge pool, but good for kids.

Being newly refurbished we were the snagging team! Sink stop didnt work nor did bathroom ventilator. The bedside wall light fell off in the night! A team of maintenance men was circulating fixing things so issues quickly resolved. The excellent walk-in shower however did not have any hand rails for the infirm and the shower floor was slippy when soapy, solved by sacrificing a hand towel as non-slip mat (steal extra one from the room service trolleys).

Großes teures Superiorzimmer Gute Aussicht Kurze Wege nach Triana

Extrem laute Klimaanlage direkt über Balkon, der deshalb nicht genutzt werden konnte. Diesbezügliche Klagen wurden vom Management ignoriert. Unfreundliches Personal. Viele Kanten an Türen und Möbeln abgestoßen, sehr renovierungsbedürftig! Alte quietschende Matratzen Keine Kaffeemaschine

Beautiful Stay on the River!

After a long journey from Boston we arrived at the hotel exhausted @ 09:15; and although check-in was not until 14:00, they allowed us to check-in early which was huge! The room refrigerator actually had some drinks and snacks, which we are not used too lol. The location is very convenient: not so close to attractions that there are hundreds of tourists around but an easy walk to anywhere. There is also a taxi stand and bus stop right in front of the hotel. If you were to take the bus from the airport, the stop is a 9 minute walk from the hotel. The bathroom had plenty of amenities; including robes and slippers, though we never used those. The rooftop pool was closed when were were there but the rooftop terrace was open and we went up there one night for some drinks and a nice view of the river the rest of Seville. The drinks are expensive by local standards and can't be charged to the room. Finally, the staff we interacted with all spoke English.

My girlfriend didn't think the AC was cold enough, though I thought it was fine. There is a dial thermostat in the room; we usually kept it @ 20C. I gave a slightly lower rating on overall value only because it was a holiday week and prices were higher than normal; though to be fair, $300 US dollars/night was not outrageous. We did not have breakfast included but did try it out our last day. It was expensive at 15 euros a piece and was a continental/Spanish style buffet. There were no eggs although there was some signage that stated they could be made upon request. I would suggest just getting breakfast at some of the local restaurants that are an easy walk from the hotel: including one right across the street.

A great stay, in a lovely hotel, made all the more pleasurable by the friendly staff.

A spacious hotel with lovely big rooms. All the facilities were first rate and the staff friendly and efficient.

Enjoyable short stay in very good hotel with convenient central location

Nice room with river view on main floor of hotel close to the main access. Toilet and shower facilities all good.

Parking was extra at hefty day rate of 18E. This could have been improved or offered to visitors at a discounted rate.

Our new favourite hotel in Seville

Friendly and competent staff, extremely comfortable bed, great breakfast with fresh fruit and eggs cooked on order. Nice neighbourhood with a lot of places to go for tapas and drinks.
