The place was beautiful and well located. The stuff was very nice.

Very helpful welcome. Handy location. Own car park which is vital for a hotel close to the centre.
Only a small window to the room

Delightful, welcoming staff but the best thing was the large private car park which is pretty essential in a town like Rethymno. We have nothing negative to say about this hotel.
All was good.

perfect location in heart of Old Town Rethymno.

Very nice hotel in an appropriate location. It also offered parking for our car!! Definitely recommend it!

This is a very nice family run hotel on a quiet square in the Old Port. It was within easy walking distance of restaurants and bars and local sights. It was clean, the staff were very nice and helpful. We enjoyed being there for several night and would stay there again

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, excellent location - very central but a quiet area. very useful parking in a residential area where parking spaces are at a premium and car parks are expensive.
4.5
The hotel is very close (inwalking distance) to the old town. A plus is also the large parking lot. We had a large suite with very nice furniture and breakfast was very good. Special thanks to the owner of the hotel who was very nice and always made sure to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
Couldn‘t think of anything

really great staff and lovely breakfast. pool disappointingly small - more plunge pool than swimming pool and rooms / bathrooms need freshening up - a bit tired looking.

good location, private parking, very friendly stuff

The hotel is perfectly located in old town, right beside the Fortezza castle, the sea and a lively square with cafeterias and restaurants, though quiet enough in the nights. Everything important is reachable by foot, but there is also available parking for the hotel guests beside the hotel, which is quite important (since it's so hard to find parking places in Rethimno).
It was nice to start the day with the hotel breakfast, where we were very well taken care of. The maisonette that we rented was perfect for us in size and cosiness and in the evenings we really enjoyed our spacey and quiet terrace to the old town side street, with a little view to the castle.
The stuff was very friendly and made us feel comfortable. In general we very much enjoyed our stay!

Best location, very nice duplex with balcony. From the hotel you can go all around the city by walk.
4.5
The hotel is right next to the old town and port, so it's a fantastic location. The room was a great size, and came with everything you expect. The staff were delightful, offering friendly advice when we needed it. The breakfast was very good, rich and plentiful. Finally, the hotel has its own parking, which was extremely handy and saves you from circling around the town searching for somewhere to park. We would definitely consider staying in this hotel again.

All the staff were brilliant and helped with a particular difficult problem with Tripadvisor bringing it to asuccessful conclusion.

Nice hotel with big, clean rooms, comfortable beds and good facilities inside the rooms. The location was fantastic, at the edge of the old town with easy access for both car driving and strolling to the old town center. It is probably the only hotel in the old town with a car park.
The owner/manager was very nice offering us breakfast while we thought we didn’t have the breakfast plan.
One of the staff who controlled the car park gate opener was not attentive enough to get up on time (around 7 o’clock) in the morning, when we need to get our car out and to catch a morning flight from Heraklion. It took us several phone calls to the owner and two on-site workers knocking his door twice to wake him up, despite that we informed the hotel about our leaving time the day before. If it is not because of him, I would rate this hotel as 10.

Facility was beautiful. Great breakfast. Very friendly staff.
Room. Was a bit tough with the stairs to the bedroom at night.

The staff treated us like family- so helpful, offered loads of suggestions for day trips, facilitated with car hire, bike hire, bus times, reservations, etc. The location was excellent- in the old town but away from the bustle of tourists. Many of the breakfast options were homemade and delicious!
Nothing!

Convenient location to the harbor and old town with on-site parking and a charming pool.
Our room was in a loud location. Several of the rooms are built around the courtyard, which opens to the street and where the pool is located. While this is wonderful during waking hours, it does form a bit of a sound tunnel at night for street noises of scooters and pedestrians and if anyone is using the pool.

Friendly, easy free parking, large comfortable room (it was low season and we were upgraded from a double to a suite).

Palazzo Vecchio is well situated for exploring the town, beaches and fort. Our Junior suite had access to the roof space with sun loungers.
The staff were welcoming and helpful.
Free parking was a great bonus.
We enjoyed our 2 night stay.
4.5
The location of the hotel is great, just outside the old town of Rethymnon. Close to everything, but still not in the middle of the "chaos". Parking is just outside the hotel and was free of charge. Easy to check in - and out.
The room was really really hot when the AC wasn't turned on. But give it a couple of minutes of AC on and you'll be great. The key was one of those that needs to be in to enable the electricity to be on.

This superb hotel is on the edge of the old town and looks up the the fort. the arrangement of the facilities is second to none , with wonderfully arranged room and free parking.
It is close to a wide range of restaurants and all the highlights of the city.
Nothing to dislike

Voula was very helpful and made us very welcome. All the staff we met were very pleasant and made our stay enjoyable. We arrived early and they let us park the car and book in early as it was quite. Have stayed here a number of times and would highly recommend staying here. Thank you all the staff.
