Cela fait plusieurs fois que nous y venons, à recommander !

Ich habe mich wohlgefühlt.

Ich war hier schon zum zweiten Mal. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und ich hatte ein Zimmer mit wunderschönem Blick über die Dächer auf die Berge. Es war kein Problem mein Fahrrad sicher unterzustellen. Auch das Frühstück war ausreichend. Gerne wieder.

Helpful staff, location close to train station but far enough not to be busy or noisy. Over bridge from old town so more peaceful, but easy short walk.

Breakfast seemed overpriced for what you are offered. Need to have hot food for such a price.

Nice staff, only basic facilities for the price

Good location, especially if arriving by train.

VAT was added to the quoted price. No kettle or bar fridge. No A/C No phone so no alarm call available - The very nice gentleman on reception who lives in the hotel offered to knock on or door at 5am, but we couldn't let him do it!

The late checkin of 4pm! Early checkout of 11am....Even if the room is ready, they don't let you checkin and make you wait in cafe. Not very comfortable...the bedding material was a rough fabric, highly uncomfortable. If the room is ready why not let the guest have it earlier?

Not the most welcoming

On the positive side the room was well made up every day and the location is quite central, about 500m from the centre

We walked into Hotel Cotes Basque through a rather narrow entrance into a narrow reception area. There €262 was immediately taken off our credit card for two nights bed and breakfast for two and for parking in the station multi-storey 200 metres away. Only after paying were we given our room key card. Taking the elderly creaking lift up two floors we fond our room and managed to open the door on the fifth activation of the key card. This was a regular occurrence. On entering the room we were met with a sign stating “accessories found within the room are not souvenirs which you can take back home with you. A security check is done before every checkout.” How to make one feel welcome!! On checkout we were told that if we did not return the parking card we would be charged €20. Clearly they seem to expect their visitors to be thieves!

Cost effective, clean rooms with very friendly front desk service.

We were a group of students and we rented a car together for a trip during Christmas. With a limited budget, we were very happy to choose this hotel. The furnishings and space and decoration in the hotel room were very satisfying. The bath water temperature was very comfortable. Also it was close to the attractions, which was perfect for us travelers who rented a car for the trip but walked around town for sightseeing. The staff was also very welcoming. It was a very enjoyable stay. I personally am very picky about beds and the room made me very happy with the beds. Little tips：The hotel is in the middle of the square coming out of the train station and is very easy to find. There is no need to park in the parking lot, many open spaces nearby are cheaper.

The room quilt is a little thin for the season, and a little thicker would be nice.In addition, according to Chinese habits, we would like to have a kettle in the room, and we would be very happy if it is provided!

Comfortable and welcoming hotel in great location

Excellent hotel in great location near station and buses, plus easy walking distance to the river, arthouse cinema, cafes and town centre. Really comfortable and welcoming place, fabulous staff and with extensive breakfast options. Highly recommended.

Was a perfect location for us for an overnight stay, as we arrived at train station and left next day by flixbus. Only over the bridge from the downtown area. Bit pricey but comfortable, decent breakfast. Got a bit loud at night on a weekend.

There is only one electric socket in the room. The Wi-Fi hardly ever works. The shutters make constant noise, making it difficult to sleep.
