Très moyen

Accès direct au centre de Bayonne, Personnel d'accueil agréable, Parking fermé, Endroit calme.

Malgré notre présence lors des fêtes : -Le service chambre hurle dès 8h30/9h du matin pour nettoyer et ouvre les portes malgré la pancarte "occupé" et une réponse négative, -Chambre très petite et non lumineuse (très sombre), -Une seule prise à côté du lit.

Très bon accueil Chambre confortable avec les équipements nécessaires. Petit déjeuner correct

Le service qui vient réclamer votre départ à 09h en sachant que vous avez jusqu'à 11h pour libérer la chambre Le manque de prises (une) pour une chambre de 3 personnes. Merci de nous préciser de ramener une multiprises... Salle de bains trop petite, vétuste et malodorante Poussière dans la chambre Pas de calme

do not stay here..

nothing was good...staff was friendly though, dont look at the pictures on the site, they are photoshopped..

it stunk like someone had smoked 1000 cigarettes a day for 10 yrs...toilet kept flushing, it was filthy all inside..

Old road motel

Friendly and helpful staff. Many parking places inside. I could leave the car there few hours after the check-out. Acceptable room size. TV available. Breakfast included in the price.

Thin walls; you will hear all your neighbors and everything going on outside your room. Second floor without lift. Only one plug available by the desk (none close to the bed). Tiny bathroom with no plug inside for shaver.

took all seats away outside, toilet leaking all night. this chain of hotels gone downhill. anguelem no better that had couldn't use sink water wouldn't drain away, manager said thats normal have to put up with it.will not be using anymore

My understanding of breakfast was different, it’s all automated you get the coffee and jú Ice It was toast coffee jam a few other pastries it was OK not great but OK. People who work there where great. Location is the name industrial area, not the greatest. I found my way by a bus.

The bathroom was weird, you had to step up into it and then you have to step down in the shower.

Convenient location

The bedroom was extremely small as well as the bathroom. Lack of windows/ natural light in the room The rates was very high compared with the room that you get. The breakfast was poor. We arrived for breakfast before 10h and the receptionist was already starting to remove the breakfast and clean up.

Needs a good clean

RLocation was convenient. Room was suitable for price, although the bathroom was minute. Breakfast was good, with a good selection. The staff were welcoming and efficient

The whole hotel was run down and in some places dropping to pieces, the ceiling outside our room had parted company from the biuilding framework. The room showed little sign of being cleaned, there was dust everywhere including in the bathroom. Paperwork left by an earlier guest, along with three key cards, had been left for at least 3 weeks without being cleaned away. This was from the one table in the room. It's easy to imagaine how little cleaning had taken place. The room only had one functioning light, except for the one in the bathroom. It was almost impossible to read in such a dim place.

No ventilation for bathroom. very small shower room. shower curtain clings to you throughout the shower. Car park has huge pot hole. walls are very thin and you can hear next rooms TV.
