Good Breakfast, large room size, excellent location
4.0 / 5.0
The location was very good, the room was spacious and we received the room we booked on booking.com. Modern room with all the facilities.
Air conditioning was working very well, being very helpful as it was already extremely hot.
The staff was very friendly and ready to help in any situation.
Overall the stay was good, reaching easily the standards of a 3 stars hotel.
When we arrived, the floor of the room was dirty, but we thought maybe they just forgot to pass the vacuum. Unfortunately, in 1 week the situation didn't improve. The floor was actually washed, but with a very dirty water (?). As a result, after cleaning, instead of smelling as fresh, it was smelling bad.
The breakfast was good, but for a longer stay, it gets a bit repeatitive, as there are always the same things, with some small changes. This could be a good thing to improve.
Another thing is that I specifically asked for a double bed, and we got 2 single beds together, which made it a bit uncomfortable, too bad as the mattress and pillows were actually comfortable.

It was great. I felt safe as a solo traveller.
I had my room upgraded to deluxe, so I loved the look and colors in the room - white/cream/grey.
Very neat room, lots of wardrobe and bed locker space.
the staff were great and really helpful- this tall Man and his female colleague was great (my apologies I didn’t catch their names well).
I was also allowed some extra hours of stay past check out as I had an afternoon flight - no cost.
The location in Rhodes is great as that’s were most of the highlight attractions and restaurants are located. Also the beach.
breakfast buffets was lovely too.
No concerns.

the location is very good and the bar and pool were too. Beds very comfortable
the bedrooms need to be upgraded - not enough electrical points.

We always like to stay here for a few nights when we are in Rhodes town. The Deluxe rooms are much better than the standard rooms.

Everything was excellent
The coffee water boiler was out of order and there was a small water pond under the water drain in the bathroom.

Need to change shits more often.

The location suited us for our first stay in Rhodes. Close to a local bus stop from the airport. Clean and pleasant staff. Now that we have an idea of how to get around and what other options are available we probably stay in another part of the old town or one of the beach towns
Breakfast service in the restaurant and the requirement to remove all the plates and glasses from your after eating and wait in line to scrape off the leftover food and waste in seperate bins.
Excruciating waiting for people to decide what waste goes where and then try and balance your plates and glasses onto a trolley.
It was a first for us after 2 months in Greece and our 7th visit in 12 years.

the privacy and the room layout
the tv was unable to be translated to English and couldn’t AirPlay video to it. and the aircon didn’t work. also the shower head appeared to be cracked and thus water came out funny

an ongoing damp smell in the room, dirty bed sheet

Good location and good quality breakfast. Good size swimming pool. The staff was amazing, super helpfull and accomodating all ad hoc queries. Nice drink selection at the bar.
Unfortunately the bathroom was very dated in our room, i.e. rotten bathroom door. Clean but really need updating.

Very good location, very clean everywhere and very friendly staff.
We had noisy neighbours during nights and we could hear everything from their room.

The hotel was in a great location and had really great wifi signal.
The deluxe rooms have glass bathrooms so you can see into the bathroom from the bedroom.

The hotel is amazing, very comfortable with blackout curtains and, nice A/C, very near the beach.
Every staff member speaks English and is very polite.
The 24 hour clerk is very handy specially when you have odd hours flight.
The breakfast was good enough and varied from day to day.
The bathroom has a glass that gives a view to the toilet, not very nice
Other than that everything was flawless.

Breakfast was rather basic

Swimming pool area was nice! And the balcony was large!
I asked double bed but we got two separate beds with wheels put together. It didn't work. Soundproof wasn't very good, but the hotel was pretty quiet so it didn't bother too much.

nice refurbished room, comfy bed, amazing location close to everything. breakfast had a fair amount of choice and all very tasty
lots of younger guests shouting and screaming in the corridors in the evening and when they got back late at night which was very loud and disturbed our sleep most nights. air con didn’t work very well and took all night to drop to 20 degrees from about 27 each time we came back from our day out. bit hot to sleep in

Clean room, comfortable beds and good generous spread of breakfast.
Room was not as modern as photos depicted.
