Sehr schönes kleines Hotel in super Lage

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Beim Empfang gab es hilfreiche Tipps und Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Weinstuben und ein erfrischendes Getränk. Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Minuten vom Zentrum und der Mosel entfernt. In der Nähe des Hotels gibt es einen Parkplatz für 7 Euro pro Tag. Das Hotelzimmer war sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Hotel hat keine Klimaanlage; es stand ein Ventilator bereit, der bei den herrschenden Temperaturen auch zum Einsatz kam. Die Inhaber und das Personal waren sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war liebevoll angerichtet. Wir können das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

A very lovely locally operated hotel.

Staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. Lovely building and conveniently located.

It was a hot day when we stayed and A/C would have been nice. The room did have a fan and lots of windows to let in cooler evening breezes.

Friendly helpful staff and as mentioned - amazing breakfast.

Amazing breakfast! Very clean, quite comfortable and quiet at night. Probably gets quite warm in warmer weather but not too bad in May..

Couldn’t use credit card to pay (machine was apparently broken) which was annoying.

Weekend in Cochem with my girlfriends

the hotel is great for a visit to Cochem, excellent location, breakfast, comfortable bed , staff is accommodating with parking as well.

One thing that we did not like about the facilities was that in the toilet , they missed to count towels for three people and as well shampoo and soap for three people. I brought my own from home . for that reason I put one point less in facilities.

Very good brekfast' We were allowed to use a garage for keeping our rented bikes safe at night. Spotlessly clean Ravenes location is only minutes from the the railway station and /or central Cochem .

Perfect location, waling distance to the main city centre attractions. Breakfast was perfect! Room was very comfortable and clean. There's a parking nearby.

There is no lift but staff can help you with your luggage. There is no A/C in the room but there is a least a good fan.

it’s an overpriced Bed and Breakfast with misleading information. in my opinion it’s not a hotel.

Large beautiful apartment near the train station.

Near the train station. Huge apartment, with a very nice kitchen. Very clean. The owners are kind, and did an excellent job of communicating in simple German that we sad sack English speakers could understand. This place is not right in the centre of town, but it's very close-- everything was easily walkable for us moderately but not particularly fit 50-somethings. The town is small-- everything is walkable.

Though the place itself is great, we struggled a bit to figure out food. No grocery store for miles. The hotel serves breakfast, however, and there is a bakery with sandwiches, coffee, croissants etc. close by.

We absolutely love the location of the property it was still a close enough walk to where all the action was but yet it was an acquaint quiet part of town

A very nice Hotel. Very clean, spacious room, with a small refrigerator, coffee machine and fan. Our room also had a nice view of the Cochem castle. Excellent breakfast, and all items were freshly prepared. Parking is close by and reasonably priced. And above all a VERY friendly and helpful staff. We had forgotten something in our room at checkout. After one phone call, the item was promptly found and sent to us in the mail!!

Great small boutique hotel.

Great location to Old town. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping. The staff was extremely helpful and informative about area. Parking was easy. Breakfast was great and presentation was exceptional. Attention to detail in so many ways was phenomenal.

No air conditioning. But a small fan was supplied.

Wonderful apartment with lots of room for a family vacation!

The space was large, clean and comfortable! The beds and linens were exceptional. The kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped and everything was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a very short walk from the train station and to the town center (with many shops and restaurants).

Lovely, modern two bedroom apartment close to everything and well maintained.

This was a modern residence, well furnished and very clean. It was a short walk to the center of town and also provided a great spot to park. The employees were very helpful and courteous.

Exceptional hotel, very good value.

This was a very special place - we cannot wait to return. Owners were so friendly, so welcoming, so helpful. Excellent coffee and biscuits on arrival and information and leaflets on what to do in Cochem. Fabulous! Thank you.

We should have booked for 2 nights - Cochem is so interesting and our room was particularly nice. We loved the breakfast in the morning' Cleanliness was exceptional. Owners were so nice. Thank you! Also, so close to the train station and the town

Absolutely superb place to stay!!

Staff went out of their way to make sure the stay was amazing for my grandmother and myself. After realizing we booked an apartment on the fourth floor, they insisted we move to two larger rooms on the second floor as a way to avoid excess stairs. Thank you so much to the staff!!

A wonderful family's stay in Cochem

We, a family of 2 adults and 2 children of 5 & 8 y, stayed at Hotel Ravene for 1 night. All the staff were really helpful and friendly. Our room was the one in the corner right above the entrance. Beautiful! The bed and pillows were comfortable, even the extra bed was also comfortable. Breakfast was plenty and above average. For example the salami-cheese-olive on a stick was a nice touch.

If we are forced to find a point for improvement, then probably this. Reception was not 24/24 but it's understandable and was no issue for us.

Good choice for Cochem

Close to the train station. Reception was very friendly and helpful (opened breakfast early to accommodate our schedule). Rooms were comfortable and quiet. I would go there again just for the croissant at breakfast (I now know what a good croissant is). Hotel must be managed by a woman, because of all the thoughtful finishing touches. Overall a very pleasant stay

A nice cosy little hotel

Perfect location, great breakfast with many choices, clean room, public car park nearby (free from 6pm to 8am the next day).

No elevator. Those cannot carry heavy luggages up the stairs should not stay at upper floors. No kettle in the room, unable to have warm water during cold weather.
