Superb

The location is excellent. Towels are changed every day and the apartment is clean. Pool clean.

The air conditioner is poorly positioned. When you lie down in bed, it blows straight into your head.

It's a nice hotel with a good location and a nice pool. The service staff is very friendly. All shops are nearby, the beach is also very nearby.

We were a little inconvenienced by the fact that there was no power plug in one room and we had to connect the phone to the other room.

Just perfect for us, if visiting again would consider a stay here.

Great location, close to the beach and bars and restaurants. Fabulous views from the balconies. Light and airy.

Decor a little dated, but didn’t affect us as we didn’t spend too much time there.

Location was good, check in was friendly. Room was clean if a little dated. Kitchen facilities fine. Didnt use pool but looked clean.

Hot water was limited, ran out during one shower. Only place in our trip round island that suggested bottled water was necessary and tap water tasted as such.

Location, location, location - but needs more maintenance

The Apartments are in excellent location. Easy walk to beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Swimming pool is good size and the staff was polite.

This hotel has everything to become best Agia Napa center hotel - if they just would invest a little bit to take care of rooms and surroundings: the furniture was old, shower had low water pressure, toilets didn't flushed well, the sunbeds were scuffed etc... The price was cheap - a little bit more maintenance and because of location, I could pay 100-150 euros per night easily for 1 bedroom apartment (was about 70e/night in late October)

So to be clear, this is not a fancy apartment, the furniture is outdated, but what is important is that the apartment was very spacious, we are family of four, with great wifi signal. The kitchen has everything you need. The beds are comfortable, and the place is quiet, perfect value for the money! The staff is very friendly and supportive.

Great place to stay near the sea

Great place to stay. It is close to the city centre and to a sandy beach. They cleaned the apartman every day and changed towels.

The plates and glasses in the kitchen was sticky and dirty. We have to wash them before using.

My sneakers is missing from my room and the menager did’ t do anything about that, he called the cleaning lady and allegedly she did’t see anything and my sneakers is probably walk away by them self 🙄

Pleasant surprise

The location is perfect - close to the beach and center with all shops and restaurants nearby. Yet the place was silent and calm at the same time. Hard to believe such a thing is possible. The apartment is huge in comparison to modern hotel rooms. The room was cleaned and we were given fresh towels every day.

The furnishing is quite dated and when we arrived an unpleasant smell came from the bathroom. It disappeared the next day. The room and the whole building and premises could use a bit of an update. All in all the accomodation exceeded our expectetions and we would be happy to return.

We really liked the hotel. Very spacious, clean, and great location. We were 5! 2 adults, 2 teenagers and a baby! we just love everything. for sure if we come back in Ayia Napa we will stay at the same hotel
