Very central location, nice decor throughout.
The early morning noise from the generator which was outside our bedroom window, made it impossible to open the window. Sounded like a bus was parked outside with the engine running! This started around 6am, was unable to go back to sleep!

Good, hearty breakfast
When I booked the hotel a few months ago, I also reserved a table for dinner - Monday restaurant was closed so it was the bar - which was fine, only no table was reserved, so we had to sit a little cramped. Pity.

Modern hotel, yet retained some 'old school' 'we are the town centre' character and charm. Not super up to date, but totally functioning and clean with great size rooms and bathrooms with a bath. Everything worked to which made a change recently. Good meal options in the bar. Breakfast was actually too plentiful and neither of us could finish it. The waiting staff were lovely. It's definitely stay here again, especially due to car parking right outside (granted not free, but cheap), the main street location made restaurant options a breeze - Chinese just along the way on the same side was tremendous.
Restaurant currently (June 22) not open in the evenings, but for breakfast it is. In the evenings the good variety menu is available in the bar, BUT orders are not taken after 8pm, which caught us out having just arrived and not explained on our arrival. This meant the hotel didn't get our business for dinner. Chinese was nice though 50m down on the same side 😁

Lovely hotel with great central location in town. Breakfast was fabulous and dinner very very good also. Staff were very friendly 🙂
Parking is street paid until 6pm except Sundays, not a big deal for us arriving about 4pm on Saturday

It was a nice town with friendly people. The hotel was great and the staff were very helpful. Will be going back soon.
Would have liked a walk in shower being member's of the older generation baths are not ideal.

Good location, Fantastic breakfast offered ( unfortunately I don’t eat breakfast) good evening meal and typically friendly Irish - helpful stall
Only thing to note is on one way street, so if you miss it you have to go around again, but easy to do.
