The view was amazing. The bed was comfortable
We couldnt use the hot tub, as there was no electricity. That was the main reason why we booked this places and yet we werent able to use it.

The hotel is an absolute joy to look at and visit the outside areas. Located in a cliff, the view of the sea is magnificent from outdoors. The rooms are all in a traditional, wodden style and the breakfast felt very complete.
Faros del Sur is not exactly easy to reach by foot, it is a bit away from downtown and is best reached by car. The rooms were simply too hot, the big window on each of them can NOT be open, nor there's AC or any fans to cool off. A lot of times we couldn't get early sleep because the room was simply too warm.

wonderful friendly people. and the view over the ocean is amazing.

The town of Ancud seemed very rundown, but this place was at the top of the hill and was super tidy and upkept. It was located as a halfway point between Punihuil and the Ferry Port with dozens of small markets and small shops around. The view from the windows in my room was one of the best I’ve ever had with a hotel.
Internet did not reach my room. Sat in the lobby area near the fireplace to catch up on a few things for a moment or two.

Regular hotel / overpriced. Good location, friendly staff, but will not recommend without disclaimers. Restaurants near.
No towels changed. Bath with no lock. Plus, woke up last day and had no light and no hot water (?), when placed the complaint, the owner said it was no responsibility of the hotel, (but there were technicians working on the premises) and that was a local failure. Everything returned to normality after the complaint…

The location is lovely right on the water.
The room has seen better days in terms of cleanliness. The sheets were old and pretty stained up. For my standards, I found the room to be quite dirty, and did not feel comfortable. The windows were not cleaned in a long time and there was some caked on "stuff". Given the money charged, I do not understand why they could not have unstained sheets and a clean room.

The Hotel location on the Coast line is just amazing. All rooms have big windows with ocean view. Rooms are big and beds are confortable. There is also a small pool / garden with the same amazing ocean view! Great Breakfast in the morning. There are also some parking spots.
Hotel may need a small renovation. Internet / Wifi in the rooms was not working during my stay. However in the lobby are was working good.

Beautiful location on the coast with incredible views. Be sure to bring your suit to soak in the hot tub and enjoy the sunset! The typical Chilean breakfast was served in a picturesque dining area with large windows to the beautiful gardens. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive.
