Pésimo servicio

Reserve habitación con dos camas sencillas y cuando llegué me dicen que solo tienen disponible habitación con una cama, al momento de realizar el pago la persona de recepción no sabe pasar las tarjetas por el datáfono así que fue imposible realizar el pago, tuve que salir a buscar otro hotel siendo ya muy tarde ya que fue la única opción que me brindo la persona que me atendió.

Pésima atención y limpieza del hotel. Mala experiencia en general.

Lo unico que nos gustó fue la ubicación del hotel.

Las sábanas se encontraban sucias, solicité limpieza de la habitación y la toalla que esta en el piso del baño sucia la dejaron igual, se nota un mal aseo. En la noche salió un cienpies en la cama. El televisor no sirvió durante dos dias y nos toco pedir muchas veces las baterías del aire acondicionado para encenderlo y nos lo dieron al segundo dia. Salimos a nuestras actividades solicité limpieza de la habitación y al llegar a las 4:00 pm aún no habían realizado el aseo y nos dijeron que debiamos esperar 20 minutos para ingresar a la habitación. El personal es amable pero no resuelve nada, entre unos y otros se echan la culpa de las cosas. En general muy mala atención.

Needs a renovation

The location in San Antonio, $30/night is reasonable for the condition. The front desk was also very nice. Bathroom was large, but quite dated.

The condition of this hotel is pretty old and dumpy - $30/night is a good price, but I wouldn't pay anything more than that. It looks like it was nice maybe 20-30 years ago, but needs a renovation to be anything "luxury". The shower in my bathroom didn't really drain and only half of the nozzle worked (it was falling off the wall, as was the soap dish). I wouldn't get in the Jacuzzi under any circumstances - it looked well past it's prime, and when I filled in to test it out dirt and debris came out of the jets

Room was damaged, so we had so move to an other Hotel

We arrived at 24:00 after our flight and the Lady at the reception told us that our room is "damaged". She offered us a room in an other Hotel. After aprox. 45min a Taxi came and she said it is a nice other "Sporthotel". Booking said we booked a 30m² room. In the other hotel, it was in a bad neighboorhood (15mins by taxi in the south of the city), we got a 10m² room without any windows. We booked the Hotel in San Antonio because of the neighboorhood and you could definitely not compare the two hotels. We booked three nights and left after two nights.

Pleasant

Private room for €20,- per night (with booking.com discount) was good. Location straight next to San Antonio was amazing.

The facilities did not really feel like a four star hotel, the bed was not good. Just two mattresses pushed together. The breakfast didn’t vary and was not big enough.

Good for a night

The bed is super soft and big. Love it! Everything was super clean and the bathroom was amazing..the bathtub was the best time. Although i didn't know how to turn it on.

There was not a direct person to provide the breakfast i had to look for the front desk employee.

Pleasant

The location was good. The hotel is close to the San Antonio park and there are a lot of restaurants and cafes. Also, the main touristic activities are within walking distance, just remember to always walk by the river, it's safer, especially when you're going towards the Ermita church.

We spent there 4 days and every night there was an awful smell on the third floor and also in the romm's bathroom. The cleaning lady will put something to make it better and it worked but just for a couple hours and then it was back again, my guess is that the smell came from the pipes.

Be aware of what you get for your money with this hotel

The staff were OK, given the hotel

Breakfast, you were only ALLOWED no more than two small cups of coffee. The portion size of the breakfast was miniscule unless you asked for a larger portion. The location of our first room was absolutely dreadful and at one point at midnight I had to go and ask for a quieter room because it was extremely noisy outside, and that was the third night of constant noise. The WiFi and TV did not work properly, as well as everything else in the room eg hairdryer, shower and fridge did not work! Don't be fooled by the pictures as the reality of this hotel does not reflect actually what it is like! As a cheap backpackers place, it is adequate, but apart from that, book at your own peril!!!!!

The breakfast was your typical breakfast nothing exciting but overall was good. Location is good noise level is a little high but was okay. The second room was much better than the first one. I do appreciate that the CS Manager Tony put forth the effort

The hotel staff was not very friendly and inattentive. Once a complaint was lodged they attitudes changed. Tony was excellent I can not say the same for the front desk staff. The first room smelled musky, damp, mildew and the light in bathroom flickered always no windows was like a jail cell. Complained and was moved to a better room with a window

lobby was well done, close to amenities staff was pleasant

when I booked through booking I put spa tub, breakfast in the filter, this hotel showed up on my choices, I clicked on the room available and it showed a hot tub outside,when I went to the hotel I assumed the hot tub was out on the balcony of my room like my previous stays at other hotels, the hot tub was in the bathroom, the photo of my room was misleading, I believe it was missed placed, I don’t know if that was intentional or accidental. that is something that needs to be corrected,I found an outdoor hot tub on the fourth floor that resembled what I saw in the picture,It looked as if it hasn’t been used in quite a while and looked a bit worn, Breakfast was the same choices every day,
