Tolles Hotel ohne ausreichend Handtücher

Schönes neues Hotel direkt in der Altstadt nahe dem Hafen und dem alten Markt. Neue Anlage, gutes Frühstück, Regenwalddusche ABER

Zimmerreinigung ALLE VIER TAGE d. h. auch alle vier Tage neue Handtücher. Bei einem Duschtuch und einem Handtuch bei schwülem Sommerwetter ist das zu wenig. Ich lege Wert darauf zu duschen wann es notwendig ist und nicht wenn das Handtuch wieder trocken ist. Schade tolles Hotel - ich würde trotzdem nicht wiederkommen.

Fair price, but still could be a bit more comfortable even as 3-star

Spacious, modern, central; friendly staff

No cleaning, no new coffe, shower gel etc during the stay VERY HOT INSIDE DURING THE NIGHT - no air-conditioner, no even ventilator

Perfect location and comfortable stay in Stralsund

Our room was in a new building of the hotel, everything is new and well organised. The room is quite big, as well as the bathroom, furniture and bed are comfortable. The breakfast was served with a variety of ham, cheese and bread. It also included meatballs and scrambled eggs, as well as pancakes:)) selection of jam and juice was also included. Hotel is located near the harbour in a walking distance from all the attractions of Stralsund. Personnel was very helpful in all requests, and it’s worth noting that every person was willing to help:))

Cleaning is done only once per 4 days of staying.. I’d suggest every 3 days at least.

Breakfast was excellent, staff was friendly and helpful. Especially when I needed transport to the station in early hours, 2 people gone beyond their duty. I was very grateful.

Carrying my suitcase up and down/2.floor was too much for me.

Nice place to stay with the family.

Our stay was quite good. The facilities are new and neat, there was enough space in the room and the food was delicious. Personnel was friendly and helpful. The location in the heart of the city, close to main places of interest and parkings, makes it a right choice.

Guidance to the new building could be a bit more transparent. If the guide could simply say something like "100 meters up the street towards the Kütertor" instead of an address, it would help to understand the directions faster.

It surprised me! Can only recommend

Very nice staff, large room, comfortable beds and very well located (central and quiet). There is also a sofa in the room.

Small shower, no elevator and just a small ventilator in the room, so in summer can be hot. We opened the windows, but then you can hear people on the streets (very few though).

direct bus from the railstation, ideal location in centre, near ozeaneum and harbour, free tea, coffee and cake, helpful and nice staff. I appreciated that the hotel doesnt waste - you tell how many rolls or bread you need for your breakfast in advance, you feel good there

an extremely nice surprise for its money

a charming slightly old-fashioned small hotel with a very enthusiastic and helpful personnel, amazing location, plenty of small delightfull bonuses like 24/7 complimentary coffee and cakes and ASTONISHING variety of food for breakfast for such a cheap hotel!!!

i am an experienced and very demanding traveller but this is the rare case I do not even know what to write in this section… could be better with air-conditioning? but it’s not very popular in Germany in general and especially in the climate of Stralsund… and once again the price is not 4/5 star hotel… so for its price it’s ABSOLUTELY worth it!!

Highly recommended !!

The location is excellent, as it was 250m from the City center location. Ths staff were exceptionally helpful. Printing me a train plan to the best beach recommended by them on Rügen,Binz. Where I spent 2 sunny afternoons. The availability of coffee, cake and biscuits for during my stay in an allocated area was my life-saver when returning late one night. The breakfast buffet was varied, fresh and met all of my expectations. All in all an Amazing stay. Thank you.

Good location in centre of Stralsund

Good location near the harbour and centre of town. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful. Despite my room being at street level it was quiet at night.

I had a single room and it was tiny. It was also very warm and at street level so there people walking right by the window.

Super cosy, we will return,

Everything was perfect, from location to breakfast. Nice accommodation, can be reached in the walk distance 20 minutes from the main Railway Station. It's right in the historic center and near to the coast, restaurants, and museums.

We have no complaints at all.

Excellent location in Alter Stadt Stralsund

Central location. Very nice and helpful staff. Parking (fee) nearby, in p-house. A short walk to all attractions and venues No noise in the room when windows were closed

Rooms were warm, we closed the windows due to cobbled street (ear plugs was provided), so hot on a hot day
