This hotel although modern and clean just gave the impression of being "Mean".

Rooms are very smart and modern.

Reception was minimal and not very helpful: Unless one pays extra the rooms at the back of the hotel look at the yard: no breakfast: NO coffee/tea maker or kettle in the room: NO coffee or tea offered in the lobby: NO clothes iron offered even when asked at reception: NO seats on the little outside patio. NO room to move in our room as the elevator shaft takes up a considerable portion of the room.

Oddly enough, while breakfast was being served in town, the hotel informed that because of COVID, there would be no breakfast. The hotel did not provide for a kettle in the room for tea and coffee. Whilst we paid extra for a room with a view on the harbor, we were bothered by loud music from a neighboring cafe.

Good value

The location is good in the central Harbour area, with a view over the Harbour from the window. The the room was not large but sufficient and reasonably comfortable. Parking in a nearby park g gagage.

Dropping of luggage required driving on a closed street, still possible but strictly speaking not allowed

Perfect location

Close to the harbour, fish restaurant boats, shopping and historical buildings. The staff was very friendly and the room was tidy and had everything you need for a weekend vacation.

Great location in the port, nice view from the window

The view towards the port is pretty. Rooms are very nicely arranged, comfortable and clean. Great location, a 5 mins walk to the Ozeaneum and lots of bars/restaurants.

The best and beautiful place for short tour.

Very nice hotel, extremely clean. Comfortable bed, amazing view. Located in 50 meters from sea. Nearby there are a lot of restaurants, Oceanarium, the port, bridges and channels, the old city. You do not need any transport. Everything starts just outside the door. Friendly and nice staff. Friendly and nice staff. The room has all necessary facilities and small things.

Unfortunately receptionists don´t speak English. In the summertime, have earplugs ready. It is impossible to sleep with the window open. There are a lot of restaurants under the window, noise until morning.

A big disappointment

The location, it is the only good thing that I can say about this place.

The staff is unnecessary unfriendly and not helpful. Of course not every room has a nice view but the view from our window was very ugly. Breakfast is not served in this hotel so you need to go to the city. Early check out time at 10:30 especially when breakfast in the city is served from 9. Rooms are rather small. In the room refrigerator we have found a very strange notice. It is a very unfriendly place.

nothing fancy about it as you might expect after reading some ratings, just a nice (business) hotel, a little dark in the room, no tea kettle available
