Family run property, provided the basic amenities we were seeking without the fuss. No breakfast offered, but daily bread, pastries, and pizza delivery was available from a local bakery. The location worked well for us, we were able to minimize drive time to about an hour to Siena, Montepulciano, Montalcino, and Cortona.
A few minor things were missing like an iron and dryer. The internet/ Wifi was a bit slow.

- Incredibly nice & cute spot close to Cortona, very recommendable! :)
- Very well-maintained by the incredibly nice hosts (Enrico and his family), perfectly nice garden and very silent, inviting you to do yoga in the morning in the garden, for instance, or simply relaxing by the pool
- We had rented the cute "small side house", allowing you to prepare dishes in a nice kitchen etc.; it was well-equipped. Great that a bakery is driving by to the estate every morning (apart from Sundays), delicious!
- Just one aspect where's room for improvement from our perspective: the mattress in our bedroom appeared to be worn out / for us was very uncomfortable, which - when staying like us for a week - is a bit more unpleasant when being on vacation and waking up every morning with a painful back than when you only stay for two or three days of course. But that might be an easy fix :)

Loved, loved, loved this agriturismo/ farmhouse and the staff. Everyone was super helpful and available at all times. They were quick to address any hiccups that happened. The location was quiet and beautifully maintained, although we didn't have the opportunity to use the pool, it was in excellent condition and looked inviting :). Also, the furnishings in the bedrooms were beautiful and indicative of an Italian country home, and the bathrooms were spacious and lovely.
The beds were super firm and not comfortable for us, although other guests may find them perfect.

Perfectly located for a car-based holiday in central Italy: easy access to the Siena-Perugia road, not far from the A1 autostrada, very close to Camucia and Cortona, Lake Trasimeno and Montepulciano. Nice apartment, fairly well-equipped kitchen, excellent pool for adults and kids, friendly, energetic caretaker who was always very helpful and positive.
Minor things: the mattresses were very hard (better than too soft though), and although the apartment was quite clean, there were always tiny ants inside, which bothered one of our kids.

Perfect location, great facilities, yummy breakfast and above all - the best hosts ever - Gabriele and his parents were simply amazing! They all did above and beyond to make sure were are enjoying our time during the stay and that we had everything we need. They catered every request we had quickly and with a big smile. We will definitely visit again and highly recommend to anyone considering the beautiful Terra Di Cortona.
The villa, as expected, as a bit old; we arrived after a few days of continuous rain and one of the lower apartments smelled a bit of mold. But once again here - Gabriele made sure to help us solving this. Also, the swimming pool is a bit small (yet clean and perfectly maintained) .
