The horrible hotel service.
The hotel is in a strategic location. Easy to access and close to the express bus terminal. next to the Abidin Mosque( we called 'masjid putih'). close to a Kedai yah Binjai for lunch. Easy to access Pasar Kedai Payang.
The hotel room is not clean. the bathroom has hair remnants. The aircond in the room is not well maintained, there is thick dust on the filter causing the aircond not to cool. The room smells musty due to the air conditioner leaking.

Water heater not functioning.. eventho already fix by them but it occurs again to malfunctioning.. the bed is horrible.. i can feel the spring when sleep on it.. the bed also not feel flat..
